Always fresh and good food. Owner operator is very personable and pays attention to client needs. The tomato 🍅 soup and tuna melt twice grilled on sour dough is just the perfect lunch. Always a great lunch and great service. Reasonable prices as well.

Pretty great healthy lunch options- soups, salads, sandwiches and wraps. We got the large salads (southwest and build-your-own/popeye). Easy vegetarian and vegan options. There was only one employee at the time but he handled the steady orders well.

Kind staff, and fine restaurant quality salad. A really nice alternative to Subway. Also a bonus was the availability of a balsamic reduction that has no vegetable oil in it...good for folks like me who want to avoid that stuff!

Overall not a positive experience for us. There were a handful of minor issues. This included slow service and the server modifying our order without asking us. They handed us the fully prepared meal and then asked if the modification they made was okay. We were right beside them, it would have been simple to just ask as they were preparing it. More concerning we went here because they appeared to be good for food allergies. The server's statements and the statements on the website contradicted one another, which is alarming. Perhaps most damning though was the portion sizes. After finishing the meal we immediately went across to other restaurants and bought more food. For 15-20$, the bowls are simply too small. They are mostly rice (tiny amounts of other toppings) and even the rice is pretty sparse honestly. The ingredients themselves were reasonably fresh, which is perhaps the best thing I can say. Overall, we waited a long time for food that felt overpriced and underwhelming in both taste and quantity. Was really hoping to like this restaurant but sadly it came up...

Absolutely gorgeous salads and so affordable. We have just had dinner here and despite my husband’s protestations about healthy eating, he loved his Pegasus salad with chicken. I had the Solstice salad and was so impressed with the crunchy pecan nuts and the pumpkin seeds. Super fresh and my large salad was less than $11 Canadian. Highly recommend this place in Squamish ( located in Commercial way close to our hotel Sandman hotel) The lovely man who served us deserves to do really well as his cheerfulness and kindness...

Originally introduced to this eatery by a friend who raves about one of the locations in the Lower Mainland. I was more than pleasantly surprised.

It is an excellent spot for quick and healthy food on the go or dine in. Kush is an absolute gem to deal with it. So much so... that even though I infrequently stop in... he always has my go to order with omissions memorized. Even when I forget.

Definitely recommend the Chopped...
