I wouldn't give any credence to the negative reviews here. Even the 4 stars complain about virtually nothing. I grew up in Southeast Asia. I am happy to eat Southeast asian food everyday but I am very particular. I have been waiting for about three decades for a half decent, Southeast Asian restaurant to open in Squamish. Up to this past March, I have tried the local establishments never to return. Ever since it opened here, I have eaten Noodlebox several times a week. The service has always been impeccable, the consistency is remarkable, the box looks smallish but I always put it on a plate where I can see that it is a very generous portion and always has plenty of meat or other protein. The box is easy to recycle. A friend from Hong Kong stayed with me for weeks. She is crazy about Noodlebox. I don't love every dish on the menu but I won't take off a star for that because I know other people who do love those dishes. It is easy to call before you go. Why wouldn't you? Why would you go there repeatedly without calling to have a crapy experience? And then complain about the whole town? There's a pandemic going on. Things are different. Be grateful to the people working hard for your first world, privileged enjoyment. Don't miss out on the wonderful Noodlebox experience because something else is bothering you. I encourage anyone who has left a less than 5 star review to call before you go, clearly order what you like and don't rate them over one bad experience. Have you ever run a restaurant? I sure haven't and I wouldn't even try. This Noodlebox does an...

We stopped by here on our way home from Whistler. It was off peak hours when we came by (around 3 or 330pm) so the place wasn’t very busy. Front of house service was prompt and the lovely cashier explained the different dishes, noodle options available, the proteins we could add and the spice levels we could choose. I got Cambodian jungle curry with chicken and my spouse got the Thai style chow mein with tofu. There was not much chicken in my bowl though. We both got medium spice (2 fire symbols). However we both felt what we received was more on the medium/hot (3 fire symbols) as our noses were running and our lips tingled. We usually do enjoy spice and frequently have curries, hot noodles etc. Not sure if the type of spice used here is something we’re not used to or maybe the chef was just a bit heavy handed with the spice levels. We went to DQ in the same plaza afterwards to get a blizzard to cool off haha. Overall flavour was delicious, but I’ll probably get mild/medium next time. They currently don’t have any dine in seating available but there are high top outdoor communal tables you can sit at or a bench...

I am a frequent customer of Noodlebox. So much so that I have the app and I like to collect rewards. However, I was in Squamish for work today and placed a mobile order. I received a phone call moments later from a representative who advised that my food was going to take 50 minutes to prepare, so she was going to reject my order. I asked why it was going to take this long. Their reasoning was that there was a construction crew who ordered 25 boxes ahead of me. Never once at any noodle box location have they quoted me any longer than 15 to 20 minutes for pickup. I let them know that would be too long for me, and asked to please shorten the pickup time if they can. She said that wouldn't be possible, so she is going to cancel my order, but there still will be charges on my credit card that might not disappear for days to come. So now, I have to check my credit card statement online for the next week to make sure that I am properly refunded. So not only do I not have any food that I took the proper channels to order, they have just wasted my time at this moment and for days to come. Thanks...

Spoiled food was catered🤢🤢🤮 . . Spicy peanut noodles is the my all-time to go order because I am vegetarian. However, this time something tasted a bit off. I am not sure which ingredient, but because that one ingredient the entire order tasted bitter. I felt unpleasant/nausea after having it. I called the restaurant about this incident, and they refrain to admit it was a spoiled order. Very horrible customer service. On the top, they didn't even refund the money. Surprisingly, after reading some of the Google reviews, I found the same complaint that the food tastes bitter. I am highly disappointed by the quality control of food and customer service of this restaurant. I am sorry, but not going again in this franchise ever again. It made me sick.

I’ve ordered takeout from this location many times and overall its a good experience. For a fast food place its a bit pricy and the food takes a bit too long especially during busy hours you can expect to wait up to 20 mins. I like that they have an order online option but even then I end up waiting 5-10 mins after the estimated pick up time. Their mac and cheese tastes good but it is more of a spicy rose sauce and barely any cheese. I like their cute takeout packaging and the interior is clean with friendly service
