**Jensen Lake Brewhouse Review** Jensen Lake Brewhouse offers an exceptional dining and drinking experience that keeps patrons coming back for more. While you can't see the lake from the brewhouse, the charm and warmth of the venue more than make up for it. The brewhouse features a well-crafted menu with a variety of unique craft beers. Whether you prefer a hoppy IPA, a rich stout, or a refreshing lager, there’s something here to satisfy every beer enthusiast. The food menu is equally impressive, with dishes that use locally sourced ingredients to create mouthwatering twists on classic pub fare. The service at Jensen Lake Brewhouse is outstanding. The servers, Makenna, Haylei, and Cassaundra, are a stellar team. Makenna's enthusiasm and welcoming demeanor make you feel at home instantly. Haylei’s efficiency ensures a smooth and enjoyable dining experience, while Cassaundra's expert recommendations add an extra layer of delight to your visit. The bartender, Julian, is another highlight. His skill in crafting drinks and his friendly, engaging personality enhance the overall experience. Whether you’re ordering a classic cocktail or one of his innovative creations, Julian’s expertise shines through. The ambiance of the brewhouse is cozy yet modern, with a well-designed interior that creates a welcoming atmosphere. Despite the lack of lake views, the environment is inviting and perfect for both casual get-togethers and more intimate gatherings. In summary, Jensen Lake Brewhouse is a gem of a venue. With its fantastic service, delicious food, and expertly crafted drinks, it’s a place you'll want to revisit time and time again. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable outing.

Our visit to The Canadian Brewhouse on Mother's Day was a delightful experience, even amidst the bustling crowd. Upon entry, we were promptly greeted and pleased to find our reservation honored immediately—an excellent start. We utilized their app right away, securing a complimentary appetizer, which was a charming touch. Our server, Jodyn, exemplified courtesy and efficiency from the moment we were seated, ensuring our drink and appetizer orders were swiftly taken care of. Despite the restaurant's busy state, service remained brisk and attentive. The party tray—a delectable assortment of wings, ribs, nachos, veggies, and garlic bread, all paired with tasty sauces—along with the parmesan chicken fettuccine and tater tot supreme, arrived promptly, each dish hot and visually appealing. The flavors were consistent and well-balanced, contributing to a thoroughly enjoyable meal. A notable highlight was the visit from Mike, the general manager, who made rounds to inquire about our satisfaction. His hands-on approach not only ensured smooth operation but also showcased genuine care for customer experience. To conclude, The Canadian Brewhouse on 840 St. Albert Trail, Jensen lakes, St. Albert, excels in customer service, making each patron feel valued and special. I rate the service 9/10, meal quality 8.5/10, cleanliness 9/10, atmosphere 8/10, and value for money 8.5/10, culminating in an overall score of 8.5/10 on the munch meter. A commendable establishment that is clearly dedicated to excellence.

Today my husband and I went to this restaurant for the first time. We had friends and their 14 month old baby. The food was the worst in along time. I ordered a beef dip asked for no horse radish mayo,my salad dressing I asked for oil and vinegar. My beef dip came with horse radish mayo and all I got for dressing was vinegar. My salad had dried out cucumbers. Where was the oil. There was a kids order that came with celery and cucumbers..The cucumbers were all dry and the celery was all brown at the ends. Don't the cooks or the waitress check what they are serving at the table. We had already waited over 30 minutes for our lunch and I had to wait another 20 minutes for the right beef dip.Everyone had finished their lunch and I had to eat alone. My husband had fish and chips. He said it was so greasy. The waitress at this time looked really stressed out. She was very accommodating for us.And we had to walk up 2 flights of stairs just to get a seat as the lower level was closed. When our food was delivered to our table I thought he was going to dump our food on the table. Never had such a bad experience. We asked to speak to the manager. We did finally spoke to him. He offered us drinks or dessert. He said the lunch specials were on the house. Thank goodness we didn't have to pay for the meals.Probaly won't return there

My husband and I were in yesterday afternoon before going to the movies and were a little disappointed. When we first entered there was a sign that said "downstairs closed" so we went to the rooftop patio, upon entering the patio we we were told to seat ourselves and sit anywhere so we did. We literally had been sitting at our table for about 30 minutes and had just got our drinks when what I assumed was a manager came and asked us if there was a reserved sign on our table when we sat down. Obviously there wasn't or there is no way we would have been dumb enough to sit there and then were pretty much told that we removed the sign and were asked to move to another table. We obliged and moved. When we moved our server came over and asked us if we needed a drink refill and to take our order in which we gave her she said thank you and walked away. We didn't see her again for awhile not even to deliver our food as another waitress came to do that. Once we got our food we asked for cutlery and napkins and again, a different waitress brought it to us but we were told she only had one fork and one knife and that she was really busy but if we wanted her to she could go find us another one but it could be a few since she was so busy at this point we were tired of waiting so my husband finished his poutine and gave me his fork so I could finish my meal. In a matter of 15 minutes we had a manager and a waitress come to us and ask us if we had an order in which made us feel like we needed to hurry up and eat when we got our meal. We assumed this was because they had been running around putting reserved signs on all of the tablesaround us and probably wanted our table too. We felt more like a nuisance than valued customers. The final straw was when we had ordered a refill on our drinks and what we assume was another manager brought them out and handed them off to a couple of teenagers at another table. It also would have been nice if our waitress could have checked in more than once the whole time we were there. My husband says his burger was good but the chicken quesadilla was soggy.

We usually have a great experience at this location but this time the ball was dropped. We know you were busy setting up for bigger tables but why treat your other customers like they...
