My husband and I were in yesterday afternoon before going to the movies and were a little disappointed. When we first entered there was a sign that said "downstairs closed" so we went to the rooftop patio, upon entering the patio we we were told to seat ourselves and sit anywhere so we did. We literally had been sitting at our table for about 30 minutes and had just got our drinks when what I assumed was a manager came and asked us if there was a reserved sign on our table when we sat down. Obviously there wasn't or there is no way we would have been dumb enough to sit there and then were pretty much told that we removed the sign and were asked to move to another table. We obliged and moved. When we moved our server came over and asked us if we needed a drink refill and to take our order in which we gave her she said thank you and walked away. We didn't see her again for awhile not even to deliver our food as another waitress came to do that. Once we got our food we asked for cutlery and napkins and again, a different waitress brought it to us but we were told she only had one fork and one knife and that she was really busy but if we wanted her to she could go find us another one but it could be a few since she was so busy at this point we were tired of waiting so my husband finished his poutine and gave me his fork so I could finish my meal. In a matter of 15 minutes we had a manager and a waitress come to us and ask us if we had an order in which made us feel like we needed to hurry up and eat when we got our meal. We assumed this was because they had been running around putting reserved signs on all of the tablesaround us and probably wanted our table too. We felt more like a nuisance than valued customers. The final straw was when we had ordered a refill on our drinks and what we assume was another manager brought them out and handed them off to a couple of teenagers at another table. It also would have been nice if our waitress could have checked in more than once the whole time we were there. My husband says his burger was good but the chicken quesadilla was soggy.
We usually have a great experience at this location but this time the ball was dropped. We know you were busy setting up for bigger tables but why treat your other customers like they...

Upon entry, we were promptly greeted and pleased to find our reservation honored immediately—an excellent start. We utilized their app right away, securing a complimentary appetizer, which was a charming touch.
Our server, Jodyn, exemplified courtesy and efficiency from the moment we were seated, ensuring our drink and appetizer orders were swiftly taken care of. Despite the restaurant's busy state, service remained brisk and attentive. The party tray—a delectable assortment of wings, ribs, nachos, veggies, and garlic bread, all paired with tasty sauces—along with the parmesan chicken fettuccine and tater tot supreme, arrived promptly, each dish hot and visually appealing. The flavors were consistent and well-balanced, contributing to a thoroughly enjoyable meal.
