I went in today with my service dog and was denied service because I had a service animal. I left and called the store to ask to speak to the manager and the guy who was working there kept hanging up the phone on me and refusing to allow me to contact the manager. His shift was on Saturday march 29th 2025 at 8pm. Whoever was on shift should be fired because that goes against my civil rights. How could someone deny someone because they have a service dog? Read moreThe man or child at the counter didn't ask us a single question or talk to us at all, toasted the subs without asking if we wanted them toasted & lunch meat is disgusting when it is hot. Loaded the subs so full HE couldn't even properly close them, was very rude & acted like he didn't want to be there & had his airpods in. If you're going to hire people to work for you make sure they actually WANT to be there or care about what the customer wants & needs. There's a bunch of other Subway's in the city & we definitely will not be coming back to this one....
