I ordered and paid online for a smooth pick-up of food so I could be back home fast. This was the exact opposite of what happened. I stood waiting at the counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. When they did I was told that they did not have part of the order. (I witnessed before I was acknowledged that they gave a person in the drive through the last of that item as the kitchen instructed to give it to them instead of holding for the other order, guess that was supposed to be mine). I was offered small substitute (not even equal quality to what was missing), the missing item is the only chicken one of the people eat will eat. When I asked for refund they could not do it as I paid online (foolish me). Since they could not do refund and said it would take a week or two, I had no choice to wait as I don't have money to spend on a second dinner tonight. I can say with certainty I will NOT return to this location ever again, and I will be hesitant to return to any location. I have been poorly treated, totally disrespected. Planning a head should be respected. So I waited to speak to someone, who is obviously not competent in their job which wasted my time (at least 5 minutes for what should have been quick in and out in less time. Now I am waiting on them to cook more to fill my order over 15 minutes and counting, this food had better be the best ever or I will pursue this issue further.
So finally got my food, 30 minutes after my estimated ready time. When I got it home, the fries were cold, the "original" chicken pieces were small and they were so greasy it was like they were covered in slime. Had to dig down past it to find the tenders and didn't even get the correct dipping sauce with the order.
This location needs a serious overhaul of the staff. They don't know how to treat customers or how to cook the food. Extremely disappointed, it was a waste of money and in todays economy it is not often I eat out, but this is for sure not a place I will spend my money.
Going to contact the corporate office, hopefully they have better...

I have placed an pick up order at this location of 1 plant based and 1 big crunch sandwich and they have given me 2 big crunch sandwich. I was working during this time so i went on my lunch break and it took me 15 mins to go pick up and come back just to find out that I was given wrong food. And I when called store they are giving me shitty solutions and shift manager Manjot is telling me that he can only give me refund where I am telling him that I dont want refund, I want my correct food because now I dont have enough time to go out and get any other food. is this fair ? So after arguing with them for half an hour first they agreed to do delivery on their own cost and after waiting for 20 mins I called them back no one is awering after calling them back again and agin for literal 5 mins … and then store location manager Priyanka picks up the call and tells me that she cannot deliver no matter what….. I told her no problem, Refund me the whole thing and plus give me extra $10 for the grief they have caused me sp that with that extra $10 I can place an order for delivery bevause it is not flaut so why should I pay for delivery out of my pocket…. she said she cannot do that…… I told her to put that credit or refund me so I can place an order right now so I an get my food. And now she is telling it will take5-6 business days so now I have wait 5-6 business days so Now even out of money , so basically what they suggesting that I can eat after 5-6 business days, Is the customer service they should be providing ?????? Plus she is not even aplogetic about anything not for wrong food, not for manjot telling me first that they will deliver and after 20 mins waiting she is telling she cannot ….. they did not even have courtesy to call me and tell me that they are delivering they were waiting for me to call them and when I was calling for 5 mins straight they didnt have courtsey to even pick up my call… so they were purposrly not...
Read moreI placed an online, pre-paid, order at 6:15 pm for pickup at 7:15 pm. I arrived at 7:05 pm. Ten minutes went by before anyone even spoke to me or acknowledged I was present and I was the person who initiated the conversation. No one asked if I had been served or even looked at me. There wasn't even an employee at the order counter. I had to get the drive thru employee's attention. I inquired about my order and she said, "I don't know." When I asked the next person the status of my order, I got "I'll get to it when I can." I was calm. Used polite language and didn't even raise my voice. I only saw four people working. I understand that there is a dinner rush but clearly the drive-thru has more priority than online, PRE-PAID, orders or even the counter. Needless to say, I left exactly 20 minutes after my order was SCHEDULED to be picked up, at 7:35pm. Thankfully, my order was fresh when I finally received it.
When I asked the "manager" for a refund I was told, "you do it on the app. I don't know how, though." I called the number and was told I could get a refund but it wouldn't show credited with the payment method I chose for 5 business days.
Twenty minutes is unacceptable to wait for a pre-scheduled order pickup. Essentially, it was an hour and twenty minutes. To be told "when I get to it;" is incredibly bad service. There are many more, better, alternative answers than that.
The entire reason to order ahead and pre-pay is to nearly eliminate the wait. Clearly, this is not a priority at this location. Nor their customer service. These young adults represent this location very poorly. The franchise owner should reconsider their hiring practices and training methods, pay employees better or hire more staff.
I will NOT ever dine at this...
