Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in St. Catharines

I recently placed a delivery order at the Domino's Pizza located at 305 Niagara St in St. Catharines, ON, and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience.

Firstly, the delivery arrived late, which was inconvenient as it was already nighttime and the store was closing. This resulted in a rushed and poorly prepared pizza.

Not only was the pizza poorly made, but it also had a negative impact on the health of my entire family. After consuming the pizza, we all suffered from severe diarrhea that lasted for two days. In fact, the ordeal even led to me developing hemorrhoids, which was incredibly distressing.

The specific order I made was a 12" Hand Tossed pizza with hot peppers, pineapple, roasted red peppers, onions, extra pizza sauce, tomatoes, cheese, and oregano. While the toppings seemed appealing, the overall quality of the pizza was subpar, and the taste was underwhelming.

Given the unpleasant experience and the subsequent health issues we faced, I strongly urge the management of this Domino's Pizza location to investigate the matter thoroughly. It is crucial for them to address the hygiene and food safety concerns that may have caused such an unfortunate outcome.

I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for Domino's Pizza and prompts them to take the necessary steps to improve their food quality, preparation, and overall customer experience. As a loyal customer, I had higher expectations and hope to see positive changes...

I have to give a bad review because they aren't following all the covid guidelines. I get social distancing isn't always possible among employees but that's why masks are so important, especially when there are so many people working at once.

While waiting outside in the car I saw at least three employees not wearing their masks over their noses, one of whom did fix their mask but didn't sanitize their hands or switch gloves after.

A customer who was waiting inside also had their mask down below their nose but they didn't seem to care.

Worst of all one employee literally did not have a mask on. I really hope that he wasn't the manager like someone else with me at the time suggested, because that's really bad if true. The manager needs to make sure everyone knows to wear a mask and how to wear it so it's effective, so I really hope they aren't the one guy who decided the rules don't apply to him.

This is technically my favourite place to order pizza from, so this isn't a goodbye forever review, but I am thinking of not ordering from this location until the pandemic is over because...

Horrible SLOW service. Pizza arrived late & COLD. There is currently a 50% special off all pizzas and yes it was a Friday night, of course it would be busy with both those factors. So when it's a weekend night AND you are doing 1/2 price pizzas YOU MUST make sure you have enough staff and especially drivers to handle the additional orders. They failed at this and I paid the price getting a late and COLD pizza. I used their online tracker and after the pizza was double checked for quality it did not leave the store for just shy of 20 minutes (it should not have sat there that long) then went out for delivery finally and took another 20 minutes to get to my house (Google maps places me 5min drive away). I called and guess the driver had many orders with him and glad I got delivered after many others arriving COLD. All this could have been avoided if you had more drivers on hand and I have NO IDEA why there wouldn't be with a Friday night and 1/2 price pizzas - obviously it's going to be...
