Guac Mexi Grill — Restaurant in St. Catharines

First the customer service was awful late delivery 30+ minutes when we ordered a day before with specific instruction... Then made multiple excuses on why it was late, not ready .. when they wanted the payment they didn't stop calling but when we were trying to locate our order after paying 300+ dollars no one would pick up the phone, or return a call, which put us on time considering we were running on a very tight schedule.... Then he states delivery fee cannot be compensated because it's a busy Friday... I almost laughed at that excuse... Then calls back stating I yelled when no one yelled, gave another excuse about his brother is not in the country.... It was a mess... And did not give a receipt which was very specific in the instructions.... And calls to try and scold us cuz he was late and unprofessional... And says if we order next time they will not take our order .. let me make it clear the service was unprofessional they food was below average and still came cold even though saying the wanted us to get hot food... There was never going to be a next time after what we experienced!!! Never a next time ... We paid 300+ service for below average cold food, rude customer service and...

My absolute fav go to for burritos and burrito bowls 🌯 I frequent this location for quick lunches as well as dinners 🥑💛 it never disappoints! All of the ingredients are fresh and I love the chicken they cook. Tonight was very busy- I’m talking there was a family of 17+ that was in the restaurant just as I walked in. It was 8:20pm when I walked in and the customers before me with their group were quite picky and indesisive with the staff which made for a long wait before my order was able to be taken. I believe the gentleman’s name who made my burrito bowl was Kush. He was very patient, professional as well as hygienic- he also constantly switched out his gloves 💛 he apologized to me for the wait several times as well, to which I as apologetic to him for the stress he was handling so well because as a customer I felt overwhelmed by the large party.. I can’t imagine being the one cooking and preparing the orders as well 😬 The staff who work here are amazing individuals with very positive attitudes and they very hard workers. I will be back soon- probably tomorrow or the next...

Super good burrito! I guess I'm a vegan but I hate using the term. When I order I usually say no animals, no meat, no dairy, no egg. I ordered the grilled fajita vegetable burrito with rice (vegan), black beans, lettuce, pico, corn salsa, lime, lemon dressing, and lots of guacamole. Guess what, vegans get free guac! Eating vegan always costs more and this might be the first time we get a break, and a good one to boot! They loaded me up with guacamole and I sure did appreciate that. It was so good!

My wife had a small taco, the kids had a regular chicken burrito, the other had mole chicken burrito (a little too spicy for him). We all really enjoyed our meals. The chips were good and served with salsa, guac, or queso. You can tell the guacamole is freshly made as it taste homemade. All the ingredients seemed fresh.

The staff was super nice and very helpful when ordering special. They did a nice job mixing up the ingredients before rolling. They were both very friendly. The store was very clean, restroom was too. Sure wish we had something like...
