I used to visit Pad Thai expresses all the time a few years ago. Decide to pop in on my way home today with my 2 year old to get takeout. After ordering a pad thai and curry, we waited approx. 40 mins to get these two dishes - only two people ahead of me in line.

Staff were unfriendly: at one point (at about 35 mins) I had called “sorry excuse me” to the girls working, to find out if my order had been started yet (if it wasn’t, I was just going to cancel at that point), and for awhile, neither wouldn’t even acknowledge I was talking to them.

I won’t be back. I’d rather spend the same amount I did (including tip) and take my family to a sit in restaurant, where quality of food and staff service are worth the...

We ordered takeout and were massively disappointed. Panang and Pad Thai tasted very strongly of cooking gas. Panang was inedible after two bites, the gas taste was so overwhelming. Pad Thai was definitely not fresh/made to order. All the ingredients were slopped together, nothing close to what was advertised/pictured on their website or menu. It looked like it had been scooped out of a large warming tray that had been sitting there for some time and stuffed into a cardboard takeout box. First time at this location and I liked a lot how clean and neat the place is. Ordered Chicken Pad Thai (not spicy) and got it very quick. Two stars are off because the sause didn’t taste as an close to authentic Pad Thai, it was more like ketchup with some nuance of Pad Thai and the other reason is that I specifically told the girl that I will eat in and she anyway put the serve in a box a for take out which made quite awkward to enjoy the food. I’ve the recommendations to the head office rep which was present and hopefully these issues...
