UPDATE – Friday, April 25, 2025 - Customer Service - Worse than the SLOP they call food!
So I did what Mary Brown’s asked. I emailed the “experience” team right after their reply here. It’s now Friday. No response. No apology. Not even a “we’re working on it.” Just a black hole of corporate indifference.
Let’s rewind:
Wings so dry I thought they were auditioning for a mummy exhibit
Potatoes raw enough to still be photosynthesizing
A biscuit with the texture of a hockey puck — which I paid extra for
And now? A customer service team that vanishes faster than buffalo sauce at this location
This isn’t just bad food. It’s bad business. Don’t tell customers to email you if you’re going to ghost them harder than a bad ex. If this location is part of your franchise, you should be embarrassed. If it’s not — sue for defamation, because they’re dragging your name through the deep fryer.

Read moreVery baddddd experience they worst. Server was rude and rushing us at the menu board ...4 times we asked to wait so we could look over the menu board ....assume she could. Not hear so talked louder asking for her to wait please apparently she can hear us so she was just rushing us ...told us to drive up with our order so we did. She gave me dirty looks and was rude at the window .when she brought my food ...she said because I am white as in Caucasian I should not be rude .
She was rude to me and rushed us ....the food was disgusting I think they purposely put water or pickle juice all over my sandwich and the wedges were overly seasoned to salty ..I still can beleive she said I was being rude because I am white ...so disgusted will never go back again you have rude prejudice people working for you . It was June 3rd at 9pm we were.there did not give me my receipt she was the short stocky girl . Anyway ..

Read morePathetic service. We got 13 pieces family meal today and the large fries were missing. We realized that when we were home already. Kids were really hungry so I told my husband ,let's keep the receipt and get the fries after dinner. My husband made all the effort to go again and rather then apologizing they completely denied him and said they packed up fries earlier indicating that he was lying. This was not the first time they have messed up our order rather it has happened few times already. We have been a customer for roughly 2 years and this was our last time. I will also make sure none of our friends and family go to this location too. They just don't have common courtesy!!!!
This is a reply to your answer. First of all I did email your customer service. I'm very much aware how that works. My question is what you actually do to fix this issue?
