Mr.Sub — Restaurant in St. Catharines

If I could give them no stars I would....I had a horrible experience today at the St.Catherines location in Ontario. The location store number is 894 (on louth street). I had a vip card which after getting 9 subs you get the 10th for free. The problem I had was the manager (Mahinder) was arguing with me about giving me a free sub. I had the stamps on the card and he wouldn't give it to me. The reason was because apparently each store has their own card that they give out. I got my card from the Cambridge location but when I moved to St.CAtherines I had been using that card (the card shows I have been using it at this location- in st.catherines) and they stamped it for me in ST.CATHERINES even though it was the cambridge locations card. Now that I came for my free sub they won't give it (even though they have been stamping it)! The manager was an ass and was horrible stating that he wanted me to tell him the exact day and time as to when I came to his location and got the stamps. HOW CAN I TELL YOU WHEN I WENT WHEN IVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR MONTHS! I got the card almost 7 months ago!! I was loyal customer as I have been to this location over a dozen of times and now I will NEVER go there again. He would not give me the free sub (I was also buying another one.. didn't come for just one free sub)... and now they lost a...

I went to this location with my brother and I love Mr sub sandwiches, I went on Canada day and this young girl working there was being very rude to us, as soon as we came in she was unwelcoming, she didn’t ask if I wanted the sandwiches toasted and when I went to remind her as she was wrapping them she got angry and proceeded to be very snappy with us and threw our food at us across the counter. When she took my brothers order she told him to “hurry up.” When he was trying to decide on his toppings. She was very rude to us and I don’t want to go back if I have to experience more unpleasant visits with her behind the counter. I usually don’t have a problem with this location other then...

Honestly one of the BEST cold turkey subs I've had in a long time! I asked for extra lettuce and this place did not disappoint. this was my first time ordering from Mr. Sub as I've always gotten my subs elsewhere but after my first order today being THIS good, I'll be coming back :)

Pros: quickly made and delivered they do not skimp on items to save a buck good quality meat and the amount in my sub was the standard amount (i did not order extra meat) fresh, soft bread fresh crisp lettuce, cuecumber, pickles this place has "light" options for sauces (i got light mayo) This quality sub was well enjoyed
