I tried to order through drive thru at 9:45am, I ordered a farmers wrap, was told that they don't have hash browns, ok, so I continue to order the rest order, drinks food what have you, with 20 blueberry timbits.
I get to pay and then the pin pad doesn't work. They restart the pin pad and still doesn't work and told me to use my tap, well if my tap would have worked would I have not done that already? I was then told I need to come in to pay, now I know they don't know this but I had my 2yr old with me and this is why I did drive thru because coming in is not easy with a toddler.
I go in to pay for my order and told the cashier that "I was in drive thru and I need to pay for my food", his response was "did you pay for you food?", I guess listening is not skill that is required there. Anyways I repeat my order specifically saying 20 blueberry timbits, pay for my order then had to wait for them to determine where my order was. Was given everything but the timbits. I tell them the I need to 20 timbits that I ordered, what they gave me was 20 assorted timbits. I call to some to say I asked for only blueberry, she tells me she does not have any of those now. While trying to explain my frustration I just trying to order through drive thru, them not having my the hash browns for the farmed wrap, not being able to use my debit having to come in to deal with this, someone now says they have hash browns. Awesome (sarcasm).
The server tells me that she can return the timbits, ok return the timbits get me the farmers wrap. I have to wait another 10 mins, my original order is getting cold, my 2 year old is freaking out and as I am waiting a man comes in and says "oh I ordered 20 assorted timbits, these are all blueberry".
If they look at what they were handing to the patrons then this would not be an issue, but now, I don't have the timbits, but food is cold, I have to come in to pay and have to take all this while holding my toddler, not offered a bag to make it easier, not discount for the inconvenience, only got an a apology because I was complaining about my frustrations with my experience and this is not the only time things like this happens. At what point does quality...
Read moreOn November 6 I went through the drive-through at 615 am. I ordered a French vanilla and a sour cream, doughnut. I used the app to redeem for the donut and 20% off the French vanilla. My order came to $2.50. add the window the employee working Scan my card and asked me for $2.50 and then tried to hand me a large bag of product. I told him that was not my order. He handed me what I thought was my French vanilla, and asked me what else I was waiting for. I told him a doughnut. In the meantime, I had handed him four dollars for my order. He close the window, came back quickly with a doughnut.. but never gave me any change. I told him I was still waiting for my change. He closed the window again and came back and told me he was sorry he had close the till and he was unable to give me change. I told him this was unacceptable and that I was waiting for my change. Maybe he could ask for some assistance if he was new. he close the window again, came back a second time… And told me he was really busy and he was sorry and that I wasn’t getting any change. shocked with this answer and now annoyed… I told him I wasn’t moving and he was only going to get busier if I didn’t get my change. He then went and got a manager and a Calculator and gave me back my change. when I got to work, I found out that I received a coffee and a cinnamon doughnut. I didn’t order a cinnamon, doughnut, or a coffee. When I reached out to Tim Hortons, with a complaint, I was told that a franchise owner would get me in contact with me. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard a word from the owner and only emails from Tim Hortons apologizing and saying I would have to be contacted by an owner. So my change was $1.50… What if it had of been 1750 and I gave the employee a $20 bill they are unable to give me back my change. This whole situation is totally unacceptable and I would’ve been satisfied with an apology and points to cover my order. Instead, I’ve just been...
Read moreI don’t know if you guys were short staffed tonight (Thursday Sept 26th around 8pm) however the 3 young guys working there really didn’t seem to know what they were doing, seem d way to new to be working taking the orders alone. He was Nervous, didn’t know the item names and kept putting me on mute or something to ask and then saying “we don’t have that” “sorry we don’t have that either” …I eventually just felt bad for him. Then the line up was incredibly long for each car infront and mine (close to 5 mins at the window alone) and while waiting for everyone’s else’s orders. Was to the point the whole line was getting upset (understandably). Got home, my wrap had at least huge 3-4 chicken pieces inside (was nice for extra ,but was too excessive), so much bacon and sauce and folded into some weird square shape with a tomato grilled to the outside when I opened it up hahah…..he didn’t know how to make the wrap, no question lol.
My pumpkin spice muffin which I was excited for was actaully bran….my least favourite (ate that shiz anyway but not the point) although there was little appearance of any team work or drive, 2 of them were moving around relatively quick, more in a panic it was clear to see. While the other didn’t seem to be bothered about anything that was going on really lol
I ain’t even upset with the kids working there, maybe even someone called in sick…I don’t know the situation……but who’s IN-CHARGE and left them struggling like that? It’s a bad look on the boss’s, that location and it’s just not the service that daily customers (like i and most others) are looking for. Get them...
