Westside Pizzeria & Bar — Restaurant in St. Catharines

So I was coming home from work and my mom let me know she ordered west side pizza. I was excited to get home and eat from my favourite pizza place since I was super hungry after a long shift. West side pizza has never disappointed me and I’ve always enjoyed the pizza from there until today… I come home hungry ready for some good pizza just for my mom to tell me it’s burnt and gross. I go to check it out myself and I can barley even bite into this pizza- it’s like cardboard. I don’t know who in the right mind would sell this pizza- especially for the price… $22 for a burnt medium pizza which didn’t even come with the usually celery and carrots? No thank you. I’m very disappointed this time- the least they could have done is called and notified us that the pizza is burnt and made another one instead of inconsiderately giving a burnt...

Called and ordered a pizza for pickup. VERY limited toppings; oh well, I figure the place has decent reviews so I don't care as long as the pizza is good. At the bar, I'm told that the debit/credit machine isn't working and they'll only accept cash. Why didn't you tell me that on the phone???? I said I didn't have cash, but "luckily" there's an ATM in house. I ended up paying the surcharge to get cash to pay for my pizza. Bartender couldn't care less.

The pizza itself was some of the worst quality in St.Catharines; namely the canned mushrooms. I picked them off, but the whole thing just had this weird taste/texture to it. Not sure why this place has such a high rating - probably...

We've been looking for that different pizza... This was definitely it... It was amazing! The first bite you realize it's like a homemade pizza dough but better. Each bite this pizza gets better and better. The next day the microwave pizza was still just as delicious as fresh. This is now one of my favorite pizza joints in the area. Finally I've found what I've been look for... The wings were great to but the pizza...
