Mr.Sub — Restaurant in St. Catharines

I came in with a coupon for 3 subs for $25.90. I asked if the turkey was included in the classic subs, I wasn’t sure because I don’t normally go here and the menu kept flashing with different pictures. She said yes, the turkey can go with the coupon. At the very end she charges me the coupon price plus an additional $2.75 for each sub because she said they weren’t classics. I said I asked you 3 minutes ago before ordering and you said yes, they are. She seemed very confused. I’m sorry to say that I was very disappointed with this visit. I went in to get a couple of the 12” vegan Gardein meatballs. Instead, got something with black beans and corn. As if that wasn’t bad enough, there were 4 little flat pucks for the entire 12”. These were covered with the slightest bit of tomato sauce, leaving me to eat the stale bread on its own. I also asked for hot peppers but got next to nothing. I will not be returning to this location even though it’s the closest one to home. I’ve always enjoyed Mr. Sub much better than Subway. Beautiful, clean and great location! However, I must say from all my experience of dining out nothing makes me laugh more than listening on some customers order subs ahead of me. It's like they turn into a child all of a sudden! Calm down people... even though there might be a little language barrier at times but at least they're not sitting at home collecting welfare, going out to eat on a $10 budget expecting caviar and lobster served on a silver platter.
