Visited this location twice yesterday and both times, they got my order wrong. The first visit I ordered an iced coffee with no base and asked for just a little bit of vanilla syrup and a chicken bacon ranch wrap, but I wanted mayo instead of ranch. My first sip of my iced coffee was like drinking pure sugar, it was disgusting. They did replace it. My chicken bacon ranch wrap had both ranch and mayo on it 😫. My second visit was 4 of us and we ordered 1 small decaf tea, 1 small steeped tea, 1 water and one medium tea. They messed up this order too. We somehow ended up with 4 teas. 2 of us took our incorrect teas back to be fixed. The tea that was marked steeped tea had a bag in it. The decaf tea was not decaf and we have no idea where the extra tea came from. When we took the drinks back to the counter the girl opened the lids, took a look at the drinks and switched lids, however in the process of doing that she hit one of the cups spilling the tea which ended up on my husbands shirt, she just said sorry and didn't bother to ask if he was alright. No feelings AT ALL, hot tea being spilled on a customer should be alarming, but we get a sorry and that's it plus he had to ask her to fill the cup a bit more and half of it had been spilled. We return to the table only for me with my decaf tea to discover there is no milk in it. I had to go back to get milk in it and it took a while for the girl to acknowledge me. It finally got fixed with a low sorry. After this one of our friends went up to order something else and no one was behind the counter. She was waiting more than a few minutes. When we were finished and went to throw out our garbage, the garbage were full. Also during the second visit there was a large garbage can in the middle of the floor by the drive thru. That is very unsanitary and unnecessary. Those garbage cans are meant to be kept in the back, not out near the food area. Also I needed to use the washroom on the first visit only to be told they lost the key and were waiting for another one to bed sent. On the second visit I heard someone ask to be let into the washroom only for that customer to be told there are chemicals i there. Tim Hortons does NOT store chemicals i their washrooms and this man was a paying customer. A second person was also turned down for using the washroom After these 2 bad experiences in the same day I will most likely not be returning to this location They need to get their act together. Go back to give budy a fare chance but afraid to serve me so now we see the lack of training.but there are some great works there hats off to them. Sad I was just starting to like this place the way this Shannon manager tried to lie how new comers were treating me will I was having a mild tremor spell from suffering from seizures and ptsd. When I ask these new Comers to stop staring at me and laughing like what I was going was funny I asked three separate times then when I got up to leave I told the customer that somepeople like to stared at and one day with my stamp I will stamp do not stare. I'm polite . 😌 and said I don't how tax dollars you from us but we I you stare now staring we where all taught as kids what is polite and what's not polite behavior. Plus I the whole conversation recorded. On my so this Shannon now will be getting a call from advicit thank Timmy'sI think I will call my lawyer now treating a person like this all on your tapes and mine thank you shouldn't hire lyers you know if Shannon was honest and truthful and that other working with her I wouldn't go this but I think I had with treating people now time make calls sucks to be them should have handled things better and lie. I realize she is young however I forgot to order a small hot chocolate at the speaker and no one behind me so I asked to add it. Gave me wicked attitude. With no hello she starts handing my three drinks. I’m alone so I simply said oh sorry I need a tray. Rolls her eyes and gives me more attitude. Then she hands me my doughnut but is missing one so again I simply said oh sorry it’s two she looks at the screen and her entire body language says how she hates her job. She brings the doughnut not in a bag so I grabbed the bag I had to put it in. I simply then said hey if you don’t like your job you should consider something else. To which she said I didn’t give you attitude and slams the window shut. Well I never said she gave me attitude I said if she doesn’t like her job she should consider a different one so that tells me she knew she gave me attitude. The entire time I am calm relaxed and in control because I know these people work short staffed and it can be stressful but for sure at 5:50 on a Sunday with no one in line or inside they are not stressed. So why give attitude to people. I will be calling the manager tomorrow but this goes to show you that service now a days is not what it needs to be. Everyone just expects to a show up and be paid and not care about customers. Customers are the entire reason you have a job. Pretty disappointed...
