New Orleans Pizza — Restaurant in Stratford

Honest review, OK let's keep it real. I've entered this place 4 times. First 3 times were average. However the 3rd trip there I bought a homeless woman a slice of pizza and a drink. Let's call it a caring person. However my 4th and last trip there I was charged the maximum price for 6 slices of pizza the maximum price for a pop. In fact these prices were exceeding the posted prices.

So I tried a little experiment given the fact that I was at these places just before closing. I attended 2 other pizza establishments in Stratford. The 1st one charged me for 1 slice of pizza and gave me the reminder for free. The 2nd one by food basics was absolutely above and beyond others price quality taste atmosphere wise.

My concern is why was I treated so differently at the establishment in question New Orleans? The only reason feasible is that I was treated with such disparity is because I associated with a homeless person. Pricing attitude demeanor we're all changed subsequent too attending that place and purchasing food for a person in need. This place has the best owner and staff of any pizza place I have ever ordered from! It is the type of Pizza joint from days past. Add to this the fact that taste-wise it is the last true New Orleans Pizza, and you get 5 stars. What do I mean by this being the last true New Orleans Pizza? New Orleans Pizza Head Office requires their franchises to use the most rancid dough, which is tantamount to eating cheese and tomato sauce off discount fajita bread. This is why so many New Orleans Pizza have gone out of business over the past two decades, because corporate mandates focus on cutting corners to increase profits, rather than customer satisfaction. For this reason I had all but given up hope on my favourite pizza brand, until I stopped in one day at this location. This location is not scared of corrupt corporate management, because they care about the customers. And it shows. I ordered a family combo with 2 pizzas, wings,wedges, and garlic bread. First off when called the lady on end was rude and acted like I was the problem because they never gave the proper amount of wings. Said fine I’ll put them in oven with attitude. Ripped us off on the wedges wasn’t even enough food to feed 5 people. Only thing that was enough to feed was the pizza. Will never order from them again. The lady answering phone has terrible customer service skills and this was the 2nd time I’ve dealt with her and she was a B. Never ever again $80 is not worth this junk.
