Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Stratford

Pretty sure I was robbed. Because sometimes, free isn't worth it: Ordered two large pizzas for delivery on a buy one get one free deal. Order came to $33+ so first my conclusion is this place is charging $30 for a pizza. Wow. So OK I am down with paying a few dollars for a good meal. Whoa, not the case here. When I opened the first pizza I said "oh this must be yours" to my wife. She asked why? I said because I ordered mine with toppings. Turns out it was mine, just it took a bit to find the pepperoni, bacon and mushroom that were there. The large pizza in fact had five cooked to indistinguishable pepperonis, four pieces of mushroom (all on two 2" slices) and I think some of the specs may have been bacon. To further add insult the crust was almost 2" in with about 3" or 4" of toppings. OK so I'm hungry, cheese pizza it is. So I grab a few slices and take a bite of one. To say there was no sauce would be incorrect, but not by much. There was a faint blush of red beneath the cheese. But certainly not enough to say "hey this tastes like sauce!". So now I am down to what is kind of a grilled cheese but with relatively tasteless mozzarella. Still pretty hungry and growling louder than my stomach I grab some tomato sauce, some herbs and some olive oil to make the most of a bad situation by creating a dipping sauce of sorts. So now I have horrible cold pizza with a really nice sauce. Great. Ate 4 two inch slices and threw the other 12 in the garbage. Wasn't speaking to my wife anymore (her idea to order pizza) so I am unsure if hers was any good, but I noticed hers (mostly uneaten) in the garbage the next morning as well. Don't get "buy one get one free" pay extra, maybe you will get...

Well ordered a chicken Alfredo and well not much for chicken I say. 😢 two slices that’s all for $25 and I didn’t order variety size slices.. I’m very disappointed with my order and the quality for the price I payed tonight.. I should have went to another establishment that takes better care of their quality. And I didn’t even ask for the crust style I got but not surprised.. but positive note pizza was good tasting so we have that.. if I didn’t have a family waiting to eat after a day of work and school I would have returned for a refund.. As per the response from management at the Stratford Pizza Hut I do not recommend this establishment any of the other pizza shops would of corrected their wrong but not Pizza Hut.....

I would love to give a review of how the food was but can not as I was not able to get food. I am I pilot and was getting my plane service at the airport that is less than 5 KM away from the restaurant.As I flew in I had no way to get to any place to eat and wanted to have a delivery made to the airport. I was outright refused this service even being as close as I was. I pleaded with the manager saying I had no other way of getting food other then someone bringing it to me. Their solution....hire a taxi to bring the food to me. Lets make this clear. This pizza delivery place would not make a 6 min drive and instead told me to hire a cab to bring the food to the airport.
