Spin the wheel to see if they are actually making Indian Food that they advertise on thier menu. That is, they advertise Indian food on thier menu, but 8/10 times when we called, they said they were not doing Indian that night. We finally asked one time if there was a way of knowing when they are doing indian food, and they told us they don't do it when it gets too busy on Pizza's. So you have NO WAY OF KNOWING! The indian food is decent and cheap, but mostly sauce to make the portion look bigger. I wouldn't say that thier customer service is rude, but it is lacking. Even with the understanding that english is not thier first language, the minimal effort to service customers, acknowledge them when they come into the store seems completely lost on them. I am going back to Jumbo Pizza, or one of the other local pizza places in Cloverdale that offer thier menu without the customer...

First off, the pizza and Indian is consistently very good, the everything pizza is amazing.

Two stars comes in for the availability. They clearly state their hours on their website, storefront and menu, but they never answer their phone. I call for a lunchtime order well inside their hours and it rings until i am disconnected, in the past 6 months they have missed dozens of potential orders, including very large office lunch orders ($300+) because they refuse to answer their phone.

And finally, the Indian food, if you put in on the menu, then don't tell me that "it is not available yet today", do your prep the night before, or put stipulations on your website.

I suggest if you want product from them, do take out, and go after 5pm, forget about lunch, call Panago, they will...

Please be aware of the pricing at the till which does not match the advertised price on website and on the menu board inside the shop. The Newton Pizza place at Cloverdale Surrey is cheating it’s customers by charging 2 dollars more than the advertised dish. I got Chana Bhatura which is advertised at $4.99 but I was charged $7.00 almost 40% extra. I had already paid by tapping my card over the machine due to Social distancing. When I complained to the lady at the counter, she said take the grievance to the store manager and would not do an adjustment. So really the Store is scamming people at the till and not taking responsibility once payment is done. They should update their price list inside the stores and website so people are aware what they are in for or honor the...
