Chopped Leaf — Restaurant in Surrey

Visited September 8/2020 @around 6 pm. I was extremely disappointed was totally ignored because apparently washing dishes was more important than serving a customer I tried to ask a couple questions just got a very vague answer. We thought perhaps we were invisible, we proceeded to give a BOGO coupon turned out to be a big hassle because the cashier had no clue how to redeem it. Then it's top it off I was asked for a contact number! Due to this Covid 19,no problem but it was done quite snotty. We decided to eat in our vehicle by now I am so frustrated and hungry turns out the order was wrong. Food was mediocre at best. Quite truthfully I'd rather have gone to McDonald's and got something that was edible I will never return to your restaurant and I hope more people realize what kind of service or should I say lock off that you will encounter at this...

Chopped leaf always has large, hearty meals. The personal who served me at this location - Megan, was incredibly kind, responsive (greeted me as soon as I walked in), and efficient. Megan took my order and made my wrap quickly but it was still clearly done with care and precision when I ate it as a dine in option. Megan also took the time to say good night as I left.

I know it seems like basic customer service, but when you're taking orders, keeping the area organized and clean, and keeping an eye on the oven/toaster, it's not always easy to extend that curtesy and go the extra mile.

So I do appreciate this a lot from Megan, and will definitely be making this my chopped...

Staff is nice but clearly can not handle the lunch rush, lots of cross contamination when watching the girls prepare the salads and touch their face and not changing their gloves after handling meat for preparing a vegetarian dish. Fixing wrong orders that have gone over out over the counter and come back to fix it from a wrap to a sandwich visa versa. I found a few stray ingredients in my salad that I did not ask for. Which shows the lack of carefulness of kitchen staff. I hope to try this location again when they first open to give better judgement on...
