I took a cappuccino from drive through last week Thursday,but was not much of my taste. When I spoke with Etienne the store manager of Starbucks Highway 10 Surrey, Etienne was so HUMBLE & UNDERSTANDING that he assured a complimentary cappuccino for next time.
After the weekend, when I visited today at the drive through Etinenne the manager I spoke with him for a reminder for my coffee, Etienne remembered & welcomed at the drive through for the pick up for my coffee. Thank you Nathan for making my cappuccino so well 🙏. Thank you Taylor for being so polite with a pretty smile at the drive through and offering my order.

I had the most amazing experience at the drive-thru today, thanks to Nuna! She handed me my black pike coffee right on time—no waiting at all. What truly stood out was her incredible customer service. Nuna greeted me with a warm smile, was extremely welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I’ve never had such a pleasant and effortless experience with any other barista before. Thank you so much, Nuna—you made my day! 🌟

Read moreJust went in here to have a nice visit with my in-laws for my birthday. My mother in-law was there early and had ordered her drink before we got there. I ordered and was chatting with her while we waited for drinks. She had said nicely to the lady working “oh I’m still waiting for my drink” as a heads up because she thought she forgot about her. There was an employee that was crying, and so employees has kinda stopped working and were consoling her and then people startled to work again. The lady Amanda that was making the drinks looked flustered and so my mother in-law had mentioned again that her drink still wasn’t made and at this point every one ahead of her had left and many others had been made. So she just thought she might have forgotten. Amanda then says , ya I know im making it, I have already told you this. She was so rude and had so much attitude to her. I then said, you don’t need be rude to her, and speak to her this way. She then says. My co worker is crying and I needed to give her water and console her, and then said, she asked for her drink and I told her I was making it, and her it is and she tossed the drink and stormed off. The drink almost fell over and I was stunned as my mother in-law was not upset at her over the drink at all she was simply just reminding her as there was so much going on and so much camotion on there end with a co worker crying. And another employee stopped working and walked outside with her. She just simply thought it got forgotten about. And was so polite Amanda stormed off after being so rude and one of the employees saw this and was stunned. She looked at me and my Motherinlaw and said she was so sorry. The manager came out to work because Amanda left and the rest of the drinks needed to be made: I spoke to her and she was kind and apologized. But I’ll be honest I would never want to come back and give my business here because of the way we were treated. Im not sure why you would work at a place in customer service if you don’t want to be nice to customers. She defiantly made us feel awfull and almost had me in tears.
