Blenz Coffee — Restaurant in Surrey

WORST EXPERINCE EVER!!! Had 15 minutes before catching my bus to work so I thought I'd stop at my former favourite coffee shop and grab a morning coffee.... so I'm standing there for a few minutes being ignored while the employee does bakery things.... I know she saw me standing there... after a few minutes she asked me if I like to order and I said yes that's why I've been standing at the counter for 5 minutes.... so Instead of taking my order she continues to do bakery things.... another woman stands in line behind me and the employee then proceeds to ask her if she's ready to order.... I'm like umm she's behind me in line and I've been standing here waiting.... she isn't taking my order for some reason so I ask her for her name and said I was going to be making a complaint. The employee starts yelling and pointing at me. She said she's not telling me her name. So I pull my phone out to take her pic so I can make sure her boss knows who needs to be talked to... she then pulls out her phone and says she calling the police ... I tell her to go ahead if that's what she rather do than serve me a coffee.... she then takes the other lady's order even though I'm still standing there .. so I decide to leave since I have to catch my bus and she starts yelling at me in another language.... probably swear words and insults but I speak English so I have no clue what she said... I would like to know asap when this person will be fired... no one deserves to be spoken to the way I was spoken to...

I recently joined this blenz cafe and there is a very rude elderly boss who owns it and he made me work for a day and says it is discovery shift and you have to observe the things how it is being done there and didn't paid me. Further he scheduled me for another day and I asked him very politely that have you hired me? Are you gonna pay for this shift? Because he hasn't taken any of my document that that is necessary for a legal procedure to get hired. Why would I work for another day and observe how things work at your coffee shop without getting paid? Also I actually worked rather than only observing. And he said that you are talking mean things to me. I said this is my right to ask you should clarify these to this prior to work. And he started yelling on me so disrespectfully which is not acceptable. I think you should learn some etiquettes how to talk. This is not the way you should treat people. I asked which was necessary for me to start a job and it is my right. It was a worst...

Conversation over a cup of coffee becomes even better when the taste of coffee is superb. Blenz coffee has those beans i bet. Now when we talk about franchise coffee shops then we also consider other factors like service, menu, presentation etc. Location of this coffee shop is what it got. Right in the recreation centre n library building gives it too much walk in n at times they are short of staff to process the requests faster. Pretty much same beverages like coffee, lattes, mocha n frappes. Grilled sandwiches n wraps to munch on with some bakery goods. Flavoured drinks to quench ur thirst . I wish i had a pic of turmeric latte but i dont have it. U can get it here though.

There are few table n chairs to sit on n enjoy ur drink with a view of gym runners on the track or tennis players on the tennis tables on the ground floor. Take away is available. Easy peezy for book readers in library to have their...
