Best place ever!! If u live in surrey and u go all the way to Vancouver for thai food, no need. Just come to sabai thai restaurant in guildford! It’s perfect for one of those casual date nights and even family gatherings! The portions of the food is good for plenty, the cooks there sure know what they’re doing. If your a vegetarian or vegan they got you covered!! The best part is their lunch specials! It’s sooo good! U get a little portion of rice, the main dish, salad, and a spring roll. The price of 12$!!!! That’s too good to be true. I know that it gets super busy during their lunch hour so come early before that lunch rush starts. Dont want to dine in? No problem, you can even do take out and bring lunch to work!! This place is one of my favourites, I don’t think there can be another place like it. This place gives you that Thailand feel, from food all the way down to servers wearing those nice uniforms from THAILAND!! I used to like ordering from this place, One of my favourite things was sauce, Apparently, I don’t get that anymore. Last time I ordered it was such a disappointment. I did not receive any of that great sauce. Also they didn’t ask me how hot I wanted. It was quite bland Today I made a point of asking for the sauce. I got it one whole teaspoon and a half.🤷🏻‍♀️… Which is just a tease at least I asked for it to be spicy not as spicy as it should’ve been , this place used to be really good. I’m wondering if it’s changed owners cause it’s now a disappointment. I looked it up. It has changed ownership. That explains a lot! All is not lost. Made a reservation for 4:30pm on a Thursday. It's not busy during this time to need a reservation.

The restaurant is located near the corner of the building of this plaza facing 150th street. The parking lot in the rear is quite busy as it's shared with all the retailers of the plaza. There is street parking along 149a street.

The servers greet patrons as they enter the restaurant and seated almost immediately. The servers are friendly mannered and have a Thai background.

I haven't been here for awhile. There seems to have been a renovation done at some point. The restaurant appears cleaner and more open than before. It's quite a pleasant change.
