Staff are completely incompetent. Phoned in for take out and was immediately placed on hold for at least 5 minutes. I understand they could of been short staffed and it was busy so that wasn't a big issue. After the 5 minute or so wait I ordered Nachos and The Smokey Mountain Meatballs and as it was pasta Tuesday I was expecting the deal. I was informed they were out of Nachos and meatballs??? They offered a replacement protein which was fine...I guess. They then proceeded to tell me the pasta tuesday deal is for dine-in only (I have been ordering pasta Tuesday take out for years and never heard of this). I asked the girl on the phone to double check this with the manager to which she did and came back with the same answer. I proceeded to inform her that it clearly states front page on their website that it is available for TAKE-OUT AND DELIVERY as well as DINE-IN. She argued this and told me to order off the website then to which I did and I received the discount as it fully states. Staff are completely uninformed on there own pricing including the manager. Will not be ordering nor dining in from this location again. I would recommend the Newton location for far superior service, attitude and menu item availability. They also honor there correct menu pricing as stated.

Been going to nordell BP for over 6-7 years as it is 2 blocks away from my home. The order has ALWAYS been the same: Chicken Jambalya with NO beef/pork/seafood/tomato - substitute any vegetables instead by removing LISTED 4 ingredients. Today and the last time after repeating the order 4 times on phone and providing 30 minutes before pickup - the order was INCORRECT both times. I explained it so politely multiple times that goal was to have chicken and vegetables pasta as one entree. EPIC fail today and last time. Last time had to go thru the manager & today i just walked away with the paid entree. Somehow for years the servers on phone understood what i said and now magically my words make zero sense ?! Every month this entree is my one time treat to myself as paying 30$ each bill adds up. Somehow today the instructions could not be followed & billing was always a hassle. I walked in all excited to have what i requested/paid, found out the bill was made out to be 50$ for this item in photo - i had to ask the server who is stupid enough to pay 50$ for one entree at boston pizza. The response was because I said substitute with vegetables by removing beef/pork/seafood out of the set recipe. So u took out meat and couldn't add onion & olive in lieu of it. I am never coming back to this location. How do you run a business by ruining your loyal customers experience TWICE in a row ? You are getting full amount of my hard earned money - why can't you cook what i asked for THAT YOU WERE DOING...

I'll start off by praising the server for her patience great interactions with the kids and her cool head while getting zero support from the kitchen staff. I would have given two star for her service alone but this was the least professional meal out I've had in recent memory by far.

First off the cooks waited 40 minutes after we ordered to inform the server that they had no rice for the salmon bowl so I asked to go full quinoa and no problem. She came out a few minutes later to say there actually was rice but they would have to cook it fresh. We were told 5 more minutes which ended up closer to 20 only to have it brought out without the half quinoa with the rice and what must have a half the usual order of rice which we had to get to go because the kids can't last 1.5 hours at a dinner table waiting for salad.

On top of that the kid's meat sauce was either burnt beyond flavour or the worker in the back dumped an entire ashtray in it and just scooped out the filters which with their level of professionalism I wouldn't put it past them. We had to rinse our mouths out afterwards more than once to get rid of the taste of cigarette butts. Again the server was apologetic, very sweet and courteous and went to the manager without us even having to request. They gave us a 15% discount which although appreciated didn't even cover the children's failed meal let alone the overpriced and half quality salad on top of over three times the usual wait for food.
