“WORSE SERVICE I HAD EXPERIENCED” so I decided to stop here for food because we are hungry is late and no time to cook right, I asked for chicken nuggets kids meal and angry king than the person taking the order said pull over to the second window, I was not finished placing my order and she is rushing me to the window, I get there and she said ( $$$ ) amount “not how are you, not a friendly smile”... nothing, than she asked if the toy was for a boy or a girl than I replied “BOY”... she said boys toy to someone on the headset and I ended up with a girls toy, cheeseburger instead of chicken, Ice cold French fries and a hungry boy minus the cash I just spend for the wrong food, oh and she was not happy when I asked for Hot fries because they were cold, I didn’t bother to check my kids meal bag or else I wouldn’t drive away from the window, not even a little ketchup packages or would you like any sauce she was straight up rude, she handed me the bags and closed the window I had to seat there for couple minutes until she noticed me to ask for hot fries... anyways HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and to my believe she is also a manager. @BurgerKing needs to get people with People skills not someone like her who has no idea what customers satisfaction is. Read moreI recently had the pleasure of being served by Ashav and Divyanshi at my local Burger King, and I have to say, they made my visit exceptional.
Ashav was incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in. He greeted me with a warm smile and took my order efficiently, making sure everything was just the way I wanted it. He was patient and answered all my questions about the menu, which I really appreciated. His positive attitude made the whole experience feel very welcoming.
Divyanshi, who handled my order at the counter, was equally impressive. She was quick and precise while preparing my meal, ensuring that all the items were correct and fresh. She also went above and beyond by offering a suggestion for a new menu item I hadn’t tried yet. It was clear that she knew the menu inside and out, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
Both Ashav and Divyanshi were professional, courteous, and made my visit to Burger King a great one. Their teamwork and excellent customer service were top-notch, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope to see them both...

Mostly all the people here are reviewing the wrong burger King this is the one in surrey central. And these are good prices people think $4 for a whooper is expensive jesus. And there not seating there because of covid and also you can go to the food court and take your meal there duuhhhh, and I saw 1 person saying their not wearing gloves come onnnn, do you need glasses or something everytime I go there they always wear gloves only the person taking the order doesn't need gloves. And 1 person said the manger he said people can get sick if you use your own mug, lmaooooooo, the manager there is a women and you can't use your own mug because they can't know how much you got so they can't charge you so you have to buy a seprate one.
