Chatime Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Surrey

I was here yesterday with 4 people. I wanted to order a "Tiramisu Milk Tea." I paid for a large size and everything went well. What I didn't like was that I waited 30 mins for my drink, while others were being served right a away upon their purchases. While I was waiting for my drink, I asked if my drink was made, the employees their were so oblivious and looked at my drink order, only to tell me they don't sell that flavor anymore; then they proceed to ask me to choose another drink.

This is the 5th time this has happened to me, every time I am in this location, I order a drink, I am always told they don't have this flavour anymore and that they don't sell it. PLEASE TAKE DOWN YOUR AD'S on the wall, saying you have this flavour. The past times I was in here, I also ordered a "Strawberry Cheesecake slush" and one of the employees told me that "They don't sell it anymore, and are all sold out for the summer," WHEN SUMMER HASN'T even begun.

Awesome and my absolute first time ever having or even tasting a Bubble Tea and it was fantabulous yummily in my tummily!! My nephew who is a young 9 years old! Auntie and Uncle took him for one of his favorite drinks!! BUBBLE TEA!!! Our daughter takes him into the fine establishment to order our drinks and upon ordering the drinks they asked if we would like the regular sugar, without us knowing and only after we drank our drinks did I specifically remember our nephews mother sternly telling him only half sugar!! LOL!! To our daughters dismay and our nephew saying nothing when it came to teokinb the waitress only half sugar please! LOL!! He smiled accepting the full ordered sugar filled Bubble Tea!! We were vibrating from the overdose of the yummy tasting sugar filled Bubble Tea!! We'll definitely be going...

I went to this location because I was so excited for the BT21 Kosmos drink, but they didn't have the cups. So I figured they'd at least give us the cards that came with the cup, but we didn't get that either. Okay, I understand that due to high demand, you may run out at times. So we decided to get something different, but they were out of a bunch of items, so we had to adjust our order yet again. It wasn't just us; while we were waiting for our drinks, the following customers were in a similar situation, having to adjust their orders three times since they didn't have what they needed.
