VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Ordered brunch for 4 people on Boxing Day. $97 Dollars! We live 25 feet away from the restaurant. Directly across the street. Got the notification the food was ready and it was cold before we got it out of the bag. Literally RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET, no joke. Because it was boxing day I added a 15% tip even though it was take-out. I'm crazy. The order was wrong as well. Ordered 2 Boer's breakfasts that by default (according to the online menu) come with the pannekoek and only got 1 order with the pannekoke (in a pizza style box), the other order was all piled/shoved into a small box thankfully it was scambled eggs. We ordered a 1 beyond meat hash and there was so little food in the box it was embarassing, our guest barely had enough to eat. Didn't get the syrup, butter or jam for one of the orders either. I WILL NOT go back to this restaurant. I shouldn't have to worry about whether or not I'll get what I order and especially when it costs so much. Beyond disppointing. Will never...

I used to like this place, but every time I go there it gets worse. The servers are often flushed, don’t seem to care about you. I checked their hours on Google, they were wrong. I showed up at 7am but they open at 8. I kindly told them to let the manager know, she said oh it doesn’t matter google is difficult not our fault. I then got a glass of water. It was filthy! Tiny brown or black chunks on the inside of the glass with specs of old food floating around. I also brought it to their attention, she scoffed at me and laughed without apology or asking if I wanted something in return. I suddenly felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. I wasn’t complaining without reason, as a business owner myself I was simply bringing it to their attention so they could have the opportunity to fix it. I left and will never go back. No longer a regular. This is what happens with franchises, they don’t seem to care about their customers....

Had breakfast here today and the food was Absolutely terrible. I had the Mediterranean omelet. The mushrooms were grey. There was no feta cheese. There was a bit of white colored tasteless sludge on the omelet which I assumed was supposed to represent the feta cheese. The hashbrowns were cold burnt and cooked a long time ago. My meal was the best of the 3 we ordered.

My husband had the cheese cake pancake. The pancake smelled of old oil. It was uncooked in the middle. It arrived with a small container of jam and a small container of cream cheese.

Our son who never complains in a restaurant mentioned a few times that maybe he should have ordered something different.
