Service so shocking a google review is needed. I was there 2 weeks service was good, they had 12 people working, last night there were much less. The service was good like last time at the start, the cheese guy was good. At the end of the production line the last 3 employees were bad, all seemed to be talking and we’re careless. The guy with the backwards hat who’s only job was to cut the pizzas was the cherry on top of the two before. The pizzas came out in the order that we were lined up, he sent my buddies away first (he was in front of me) he then cut the pizzas 4 behind us. There was then a long wait where nothing happened with the pizza cutting and about 6 pizza’s waiting to be cut. The guy pulling the pizzas out had to hold one on the spatula in the air while he waited for another pizza be cut. He then started cutting the pizzas in the wrong order. I waited probably 8 minutes for my pizza to be cut with the guy behind me who had also seen this guy use zero logic couldn’t help but talk about the last 3 people. I then got to the table where my buddy had been for a long time he then got up so he could get his pizza recut. My girlfriend showed up 10-15 minutes after us. When she sat down she started talking to us about Her bad experience as well, we had not provoked her to say anything, she independently came up with the same conculsion.
I feel bad for the person or company who just invested money into this restaurant to not know the poor management causing a poor customer experience. Would be hestitant...

I went to Blaze Pizza for the first time, and I was mindblown by the experience! The concept of creating your own pizza with as many toppings, sauces, and seasonings as you want is genius. You can keep it simple or get as creative as you like – the possibilities are endless! Once you’ve “cheffed” up your perfect pizza, they throw it in the oven and bake it to absolute perfection.
The pizza was soooo flavorful and filling, and what’s even better is that it’s super affordable. You can always mix it up and try something new, so I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. As someone who loves pizza, Blaze has set the bar really high. It’s by far one of the best comfort foods out there, and I could seriously eat pizza every day.
The staff was incredibly helpful too! Since I had no idea what I was walking into, they took the time to explain everything, offering great tips, suggestions, and recommendations. They were friendly, fast, hardworking, kind, and supportive – such a great vibe all around.
Highly recommend Blaze Pizza for anyone who loves a customizable, delicious pizza experience. You won't be...
Read moreI love good pizza, and I am picky. So of course I wanted to try out Blaze. It strikes me these guys are wanting to be the Subway of pizza. It is the same order line, wide range of toppings, young staff, big emphasis on quick and clean and friendly.
But it would be a huge exaggeration to compare the pizza here to any good artisan pizza place. The Blaze crust comes pre-formed, does not rise, and does not get those nice bubbles and char spots. The toppings are put on by teenagers who do not know a lot about pizza. For example in my margarita, (cheese, sauce and basil) the sauce was not even, the cheese was shredded normal mozzarella not fresh soft mozzi or bocconcini, the basil was put on before firing (so it got burnt), and the pizza was cooked to a place of being a bit crispy, to a point where the mozzi starts to change flavor.
If you are happy with good frozen pizza, or the usual quick and cheap take-out pizza, this might be your place. However, if you like more authentic neopolitan pizza, head to Famoso, Via Tevere, Sopra Sotto, or...
