Sept/2025: I need some new adjectives to describe HOW DELICIOUS THE PIZZAS ARE FROM THE GUILDFORD DOMINO'S! Aug/2025 : Beyond fabulous. And I'm having denture problems and it hurts to chew - but it's worth the discomfort for a Domino's pizza! July/2025 : I'm in danger of gaining a ton of weight, if my local Domino's keeps baking better & better 🍕 pizzas🍕... they've been continuing to consistently improve on their products - the pizza I had tonight was the the best EVER! And what a deal - I hadn't ordered a pizza in several months, the emailed-coupon offered me a Large, 3-topping pizza for $8.99 (plus tax/delivery) - it was almost better than l'amour! April/2025: I used my "free 2-topping pizza" with my earned points (just 60!) tonight, and what I've encountered from other outlets, is the freebie is never as good as the ones you pay for - NOT FROM DOMINO'S! My 'free pizza' was every bit as excellent as the other ones, and I tried the NEW Parmesan-Stuffed Crust - IT IS OUTSTANDING! Mar/2025: It is so good to know that every time I order pizza (about every 3 weeks) from my (152 St/101 Ave Surrey, BC) the quality is top-notch, toppings are super fresh & the crust is exactly the way I like it! The drivers are polite & friendly, and the pizza piping hot! Well done, Domino's! Oct/2024: Well, they did it again - delivered a PERFECT pizza, I have only good things to say about my local Domino's, they've ironed out whatever little issues they had once in a while, in the last 10 months, every single pizza has been made to precise order, delivered hot by friendly staff people A-1, Domino's! * (2022)I had to average out the 'rating' number, pizzas are more often than not a '5', but now & then a '3' - the consistent factors are the deliciousness of the sauce, quality/freshness of the toppings and expeditious delivery. The times they get a '3' is when the sauce & toppings leave far too much bare crust all the way around (4cm last time) and the topping are really skimpy. The pizza I got a couple of weeks before that was outstanding, if I could've given it a '6' I would have - the sauce/toppings went right to the edge, nicely and evenly spread out. Bottom line? Fresh, quality toppings, great crust (especially the 'PAN' style), friendly/courteous delivery drivers and the same goes for the staff if you're phoning your order in. I haven't found a better pizza place in the Guildford area - and their Cheesy Bread...

Disappointing Experience at Domino's Pizza in Surrey 15155 101 Ave, Surrey, BC V3R 7Z1

I recently had a disappointing experience at Domino's Pizza in Surrey and feel compelled to share my feedback.

I found a long hair in my pizza slice a few months ago. Concerned about food safety, I decided to visit your store to observe how food is prepared on March 1, 2024.

The main issue I encountered during my visit was the lack of hygiene practices observed in the kitchen. NONE of the pizza makers or other kitchen staff wore hairnets to cover their long hair or beards. Their employee name Jay instead of addressing the issue professionally, he promptly informed me that my order was being cancelled and asked me to leave the store and order elsewhere.

I find it unacceptable that Domino's franchise in Surrey would compromise on such basic food safety measures. Attached are images of the kitchen staff for reference. I am left questioning if this is the new normal for food establishments to neglect proper attire when preparing food, and worse, to dismiss customer concerns regarding hygiene practices.

I urge Domino's franchise address this issue promptly and ensure that such lapses in hygiene standards are not repeated. Customers should feel confident in the cleanliness and safety of the food they consume, and it is disheartening to encounter such negligence.

Overall, my experience at Domino's Pizza in Surrey was profoundly disappointing and has left me questioning the integrity of their food preparation practices. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement and encourages the establishment to prioritize hygiene and customer safety...

None of my orders were prepared correctly. I ordered in person about 1.5hrs ago: 2 stuffed cheesy breads with spinach and feta, and 16-piece hot wings. We were in a hurry for a 4-hour drive, so I didn’t have time to check the order at the store. I did notice that I was only given one dipping sauce for the 16 wings (when it should have been two), but I let it go to save time.

To our disappointment, we discovered later that none of the items matched what I had ordered—we ended up eating whatever the staff decided to give us: 2 stuffed cheesy bread (no feta) and breaded chicken meat :(! We never ordered these in the past, no one likes it this way. I want to add photos as proof but I can’t find options to do so.

The gentleman who assisted me, wearing a turban, was polite but seemed to struggle when taking my order. He asked me to repeat it 2-3 times but didn’t appear to listen because he was focused on figuring out the machine. Eventually, he asked a lady for help, and she stepped in promptly, but she didn’t verify my order and simply told me the total. Despite my instinct to double-check, I trusted that they got it right after the multiple repetitions—but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

We went out of our way to buy there as it was our go to branch, this experience ticked it out...
