This was my first time and it wont be my last. It was fantastic! Lots of fresh meats to grill and for a buffet they refilled constantly which I like. For $25 all you can eat Korean BBQ its a great value. The food was always fresh and tasted awesome! However accessing the fresh meats for grilling was always a battle with other guests at the cooler which I thought was not adequately equipped for the number of people being served. The selection of prepared food was a little limited. It would have been nice to see some seafood and more fresh vegetables. The ice cream station was a little unkept but it also tased great. Additional desert options would also have been nice but limited to the four choices of Ice cream. Once we got seated we infrequently to never seen our server again unless I got up and called one over which was a little frustrating. We arrived at a peak time but didn’t have to wait and got seated immediately which was nice. Id like to say it was very clean but that might be pushing it a bit. I think they were understaffed but I really didn’t like seeing stacks of dishes stacked on the entrance floor to the kitchen and plates not being removed from tables as frequently as they should be in a buffet style restaurant. But overall it was a very good first time experience and I would definitely recommend going here.

An epic Korean buffet and dinner feast! It’s like going to a Korean bbq restaurant but being able to try everything on the menu which you typically wouldn’t be able to try a la carte due to a finite budget. However, here, you get it all! Plus, the food actually tasted great! They have a shaved ice station for milk that turns to shaved ice with all the fixings like red bean, flavoured coconut jelly, and even cereals. Of note, the corn soup was amazing! It was like a drinkable tamale filled with corn flavour and very creamy. They also had the best kimchi in the buffet I ever had! It tasted homemade, crispy, and filled with garlicky and peppery flavour. The fruits like watermelon were fresh too! There is a grill at every table for you to grill as much meat as you want. The beef short ribs and pork ribs were juicy and tender. The quality was great! They even had a self serve ice cream bar, soup bar, and bibimbap bar too! The hot food bar had so much food including fried chicken wings, tteok bokki, fried fish, fried rice, and tons of cooked meats! The cold food bar had steamed eggs and plenty of Korean side dishes. The food was replenished regularly and often. The best Korean buffet I have been to in the area.

WOW! Our first visit and the staff...service...and food are great. This is authentic Korean food and dinning. At under $23 per person the price is extremely low for the food selection. Anyone review complaining about price is detached from reality. The ONLY complaint I have is the pork cutlets were too hard and dry to eat. I am a regular customer from this day forward. Our second visit...not so great. The food and prices are still great...but the service took a serious nose dive. We were so cold we wore our jackets while eating. The waitress offered to move us to a different table then disappeared. We complained about the excessively cold temperature and breeze when leaving and were brushed off with, "It's cold everywhere in the restaurant." We ordered a bottle of soju that never arrived and were again met with a who cares attitude and no effort to correct the mistake. Our first visit was fantastic...but the second was horrible...WORST SERVICE EVER! UPDATE...subsequent visits have been frequent and favourable until yesterday (April 25). All was going well until a piece of metal, from a scub pad, was found on a veggie plate brought to our table. It was among some shredded and seasoned white radish. I immediately brought it to the attention of staff...and after a curt apology the plate was taken away. When paying the manager only apologized a second time and and assured me they would be more careful in the future. I know I would have done much more than this had I been in her position.

I recently dined at a Korean BBQ restaurant and wanted to share my experience. The food was delicious, but I was hoping for more options in the BBQ section. While they had pork, beef, and chicken, there was no seafood like shrimp, prawns, squid, or octopus. Additionally, there were only four kinds of ice cream for dessert, and I was hoping to try some Korean desserts like Sweet Red Bean Porridge, Hwangnam-ppang, or Tteok. On a positive note, there were many Korean delicacies available, including salads, fish cake, fried chicken, and fish. However, I was disappointed with the utensils provided as they were worn out and not very clean. The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant, and there was ample parking available. Our group of eight visited on a Saturday night and a gratuity of 15% added to the bill. Despite some areas for improvement, the restaurant still provided a decent dining experience with good food and ambiance.

I recently visited Seoul Grill House Buffet, and it was a disappointing experience overall. The food quality was subpar, with many dishes tasting bland and lacking authenticity. The variety was also quite limited, especially for the price they charge. Some of the hot dishes were cold, and the grilled items were overcooked and dry. The restaurant’s cleanliness left much to be desired, with tables not properly cleaned between customers. Additionally, the service was lacking; staff seemed uninterested and were slow to replenish empty trays or clear tables. The atmosphere was chaotic and noisy, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. For the cost, I expected a much better dining experience. Unfortunately, Seoul Grill House Buffet fell short in nearly every aspect, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Plus the ajumma has a temper! Bad customer service. This is what they want us to eat for a familu of 8 🤬😡

Usually Korean, Japanese, Taiwanese BBQ is the best in most of countries, but unfortunately here only gets one out of ten. Low quality food, slow service and they didn't turn on range hoods at all, also I don't think they offer real meat...it tastes like combined meat, anyway I guess they are trying to reduce cost. One more thing, I have no idea why this restaurant only offer four different types of meat, but they offer lots of cooked food, lots!! This restaurant shouldn't call itself as Korean BBQ, instead they supposed to call it as WHATEVER STORE. Only can cheat someone who hasn't tried real BBQ. The price is absolutely not reasonable, I prefer to eat ten times McDonald instead as this whatever store cost me 65 bucks for two. Anyway won't come back again even it's free. Good luck and hope your business goes well.
