Freshslice Go — Restaurant in Surrey

Ordered two medium pizza’s, waited for them to be made and then drove home. Got home to find out that they made them thin crust. We love fresh slice but this pizza is terrible!!! Called them up, they said we watched the pizza being made - as if we know what uncooked thin crust pizza should look like. They said we could drive back to the store (20 mins away) to return the pizza’s and have new ones made. I recently tried the veggie slice at Freshslice, and it was an absolute delight! What made the experience even better was the wonderful service. Kiran, the server, was incredibly nice and polite, greeting me with a warm smile and making me feel welcome right away. She was attentive, friendly, and made the visit feel personal.
