Freshslice Pizza — Restaurant in Surrey

This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Freshslice(9908 King George Blvd)I’m a frequent customer here and most of the staff are polite and welcoming — but there is one employee who is the complete opposite. She doesn’t even greet or acknowledge customers, no basic courtesy, no “hello” or “thank you,” just a rude and dismissive attitude every single time.

On top of that, whenever she makes my order, the pizza quality is terrible — half-cooked, cold in the middle, and sloppily put together. More than once, I’ve felt sick after eating what she served, and just yesterday I had to throw away my pizza because it was raw and made me ill after only two slices.

What makes this even worse is her discriminatory behavior. Despite being from the same community, she treats me differently compared to other customers — and not in a good way. It’s insulting and completely unprofessional.

I’ve already avoided coming to this location when I saw she was working, but this is unacceptable. Freshslice needs to take action immediately because one careless, rude, and discriminatory employee is destroying the reputation of this store.

I am a strict Vegetarian. I bought 2 cheese slices from this store and to my surprise, it had chicken in it. It was underneath the cheese when it fell off. I, then realized that I just ate pieces of chicken. One of them fell off on the plate. I am very pissed off even now. I asked the employee there, named (Surmeet) if it is chicken and very rudely she laughed at me and said yes it is chicken. She even admitted that it must have been cross contaminated without even apologizing. She was so insensitive that she laughed at me again when I asked her if it was funny. She said she could give me another slice like why would I even want it anymore. She has hurt my sentiments and my faith.
