GREAT PIZZA AND DONAIR — Restaurant in Surrey

Absolutely worst place to go. Use to be a regular customer under the old owners who were great (hence the name). Ordered twice under the new management and was super disappointed. The order was wrong and of course they did not take responsibility. This last time I called and talked to the owner, who was the lady I saw when I picked up my order. Made sure to explain to make one pizza non-spicy and not to add certain Ingredients as it was for my kids. Went home and of course, it was spicy and had the things I said not to put on. I called to discuss what had happened. She was right away defensive and said it was not her fault. Kept calling me buddy and would not even let me talk. Then eventually told me not to waste her time and hung up on me. Unbelievably rude and no clue as to what customer service is. Do NOT waste your time or money on this joke of an establishment. I feel bad for the previous owners who worked so hard to get a great reputation and great pizza. Did not even offer any type of refund or offer to remake it....

Pizzas really not THAT bad, but holy hell....I ordered 2larges and picked them up. She tried to insist I hadn’t paid for them when I made the order. We figured that out and I got my pizzas.Got home and it was the wrong order. We called and they wanted $5 more dollars for the replacement of the order they screwed up. They took the order correctly (I saw her write it down) I assume they made my pizzas and gave them to someone else......And weren’t willing to deliver it for free. So I drove all the way back and of course they wanted their Pizzas back and we’re actually upset when they saw my child had eaten one of the pieces.......seriously bad customer service. There’s sooo many pizza places in this neighbourhood, you’d think they’d want return customers?!? They defiantly didn’t find one tonight. Try D hut, good pies good price great...

Quality gone downhill. See photos. Go find another pizza place. It’s so sad that the quality of pizza is poor less toppings and the dough is thin even I explicitly said thick crust. This used to be our favourite pizza place in Fleetwood neighbourhood but very disappointed in my last 5 orders. I complained but the supervisor said that maybe I ordered or their staff mistakenly made thin crust pizza. So for my last few orders I explicitly said thick crust but I still get the same thin dough and most of the times burnt. I gave them many chances to do it right but same poor quality now since they renovated. I can accept if they increase the price to maintain quality consistency but they did increase price but now poor quality. I will find another pizza place.
