Noodle Island — Restaurant in Surrey

I was a frequent visitor to this restaurant with my family, from the beginning I noticed that the service was not the best, the women who serve are very "cold" without warmth to attend the customers , but the prices and food were good. But all that changed yesterday, Saturday May 28, I went with my family once again and for me I ordered my favorite dish, the special soup, my family ordered the fried ribs, and the fried squid which were our favorites. After waiting the usual time, they brought me the soup, I always wait a bit while the meat inside the soup cooks to a good finish. when I was ready to try the soup, I found a long hair inside it, and there's no way it's mine because I'm bald !!! quite unpleasant for me, so much so that I called the lady who took my order and showed her the hair in the soup, she took the soup, but not before I told her that I no longer wanted soup, that instead I wanted another rice special for me. What caused me the most indignation was that there was no apology from the restaurant for what happened, it was simply as if nothing had happened. Ok they bring me the rice. But I was quite disappointed, in addition to finding a hair in the soup. It was there was no apology from the restaurant for what happened, it was a simply as if nothing happened. Now , I nave many doubts about how they prepare the food there behind that wall. The service is not good, but with what happened yesterday, I am convinced that it is not a good restaurant, they has the seasoning, but the customer service is so bad! and it's is very important for me, and they do...

I was very disappointed with this restaurant. Even though there was only 2 people dining when I arrived, the server never gave me any eye contact. She exhibited no interest in me, no smile, no use manners, I was sorry for visiting this restaurant as soon as I had my first engagement. Oh course the menu, like most menus during this time of exhorbatant prices, made it difficult to orde. Especially when being a cook myself, I knew the cost of that I was ordering. I finally settled on shrimp salad rolls, and a Vietnamese iced coffee. The rolls put be back $9 and the coffee around $6. Unless rice noodles are now called salad, there was nothing but a couple of partial basil leaves in my roll. No carrot, or cucumber or other greens. The peanut sauce was tasty thank goodness. My shrimp was cut vertically at least once maybe three times, to appear more bountiful perhaps.

My coffee was small and was overflowing with ice. I had to add my water to it so that I had enough liquid to quench my thirst

I don't know if I am to blame the restaurant at this point or out govt who has repressed out country to the point of not being able to afford to grocery shop, never mind go to t restaurant. Neverthe less, I won't be back.

I ordered 2 Vietnamese sub(grill pork and grill chicken) at the counter Vietnamese sub price was $6.99+tx but they charged me $7.50+tx I asked "You over charge me" and they said " price go up" I said " you still have price at the counter $6.99". They just said price go up" they're so rude, didn't even say sorry. They also charged small paper bag for $.50 (at the counter Lg bag $.50 Med bag $.35 Sm bag $.25) I didn't know until after I paid! At that time I didn't want any trouble so I got my sub and came home. There's another problem I ordered grill pork and grill chicken they gave me BBQ pork patty and grill chicken, it's pretty frustrating! I called them get me wrong sub! They still didn't say sorry tell me to bring it back. I drove back to the restaurant and got a right sub. but they still didn't say sorry. I think they didn't know how to say sorry.
