La Tandoori Pick and Go — Restaurant in Surrey

We ordered chilli paneer. But they gave us chilli chicken instead. And we're all vegetarian . One of my family members ate it and then realized it was chicken. We called them and explained the situation. But they're not ready to compensate. I don't recommend anyone to order from this place.

Reply to the owner's comment: Compensation does not mean asking the customer to come and drop off the chicken and give another dish. Taking responsibility is acknowledging that you have made a mistake and being apologetic. We understand that mistakes can be made, however, feeding chicken to vegetarian people when you claim to sell vegetarian food is not a mistake to be taken lightly. I ordered Chicken Curry, and I got this , the one in the picture , seems like tomato sauce chicken, so watery, tons of tomato based gravy

Second one I ordered , Kadai Paneer, please look at the picture, and I don’t know where did their chef learn this kind of kadai paneer, my gosh, kadai dishes are suppose to be dry, little gravy, with onions , capsicums etc, they should name this dish paneer curry instead

I ordered Tandoori Rotis, specifically told the guy who took my order not to apply any butter or ghee on them, but when I opened the pack, he did the opposite

Either people here don’t know anything about Indian food and they are just eating anything just mixed in gravy and masalas , or may be the chef is from China , so all he knows is just mix anything with gravy and masala, that’s Indian food

Food is okay but their customer service is NOT. I ordered two chicken tikka, they charged me for both and when I arrived at home and I realized there was only one. They never admitted it was their mistake and I decided to order from somewhere else. If they cannot handle so many customers they can simply hire more stuff. Also they don’t even follow COVID-19 protocols, all the customers are 2 feet from each other. No social distancing whatsoever. I will never order from that place again :/ . Hopefully it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
