Well, it is decent. When they were building it, they made it seem like a mall. It is really just a plaza. There is not a big variety. There is a bakery, and just clothing shops. All of them look and seem the same, so it is very repetitive. If it was based on a variety of things, it could have been busy. The parking situation is also very weird. The entrance is difficult, as there is a lot of traffic around that area. When you enter, you realize it is not busy. You breathe a sigh of relief and park in one of the parking spots. It could have been busy, but they made it where there are multiple shops already. There is York Centre and Payal Business Centre, which basically have huge varieties. There is a large population of Punjabis, and most would not come here. They would rather go to a Punjabi well-known established plaza. I like the fact that it is bright and cheery. The colours...
