Wise Electronics — Local services in Surrey

I would have given this store a Negative Star but google doesn't allow that. I am highly upset and disappointed by after sales support and un-professionalism by the owner Gulzeib Agha.

So I went to this store to buy a Shava TV box, I paid $270 plus tax on (total $302). When I reached home and visited Shava tv website to check about the services, found out that the same box is available for $229. I went back to the store for a simple refund and all he has to give is excuses. He is just reluctant to refund the money. Every time I asked for a refund, he came up with a new story. I am currently working with Shava TV to get this sorted out. #ShavaTV : If you read this review, please pull out this retailer from your list as this will hamper the customer experience for you guys.
