Friends Dhaba - Sweets & Restaurant — Restaurant in Surrey

Hello Public. Writing an honest review . I was there in the Friends Dhaba on Sep-15-2020 between 7.30 to 7.40 PM for order pickup . I ordered Veg Soya Chaap and 2 butter naan. Their menu on website shows price for Veg soya chaap - CAD 10.99. They charged me $18.99 for chaap . On little conversation they came on agreement they will charge me $15 for the chaap , further i asked them to cancel the order. Guess what they charged me the correct price .

Advice- "Ordering your food from this place is your choice - but pay what have been advertised. Double check the bill/price. Don't get cheated"

P.S. - To owner of friends dhabha - Please have a check on your employee who was wearing blue shirt white cap on whatever i said . Q- Is it a usual practice at your place ? This practice may bring defame to...

I wish I could give them zero star. I ordered food and they said it will be ready in 30 minutes but when I went there the lady at front desk she didn’t give my order inside and they start fighting. Then she said wait for five minutes in your car then she can give me outside. After reviewing all customers experience I’m happy that I didn’t wait over there. We ordered food two weeks back through uber eats. We ordered dal makhni, chili chicken, goat curry, naan & rumali roti. When we got our food, it was missing rumali roti, so we called them 7 times, 3 times they answered but never spoke & rest it went on voicemail. Dal makhni was bland, chili chicken was sweet & greasy, goat curry had too much salt & oil. The naan were half cooked & smelled old. Absolutely disgusting restaurant. The worst food in entire mainland. Not only they should work on customer service, instead they should change the head chef. Stay away from this place. Ruined our night. I wish i could have trusted...
