777 Pizza & Fritou Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Surrey

worst customer service and food ever. I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches for me and my family and we were excited because we found a halal restaurant in surrey which does not happen often. so we looked at the menu and the lady doent know English and she is trying to say something. IDK what she is saying..... so we ordered our food and she was really rude when she was taking our order like she is trying to speak English and she is just shouting at us.... so we get our good food and it looks nothing like it does on the menu. IT also tasted gross and wasn't fresh. So we try to explain our situation to the lady and she starts yelling at my family and I saying that you have to pay an extra dollar for the good food but what the hell is she talking about. She is literally saying that 777 pizza gives crappy food and for good food you pay an extra dollar. We told the manager and they do the same thing starts shouting at us. we payed 36$ for the worst service and the most crappy food ever. If you want to go to a halal restaurant go to FAB burger or somewhere else they have great customer service, good food, and it is halal. I will never return to this restaurant. The chicken is fantastic but the pizza is not honest at all. The pizza has a good flavour and we have ordered in the past. But this time we ordered and the tandoori chicken topping on the pizza was minced meat. When I called to complain that the tandoori chicken I ordered as a pizza topping was suddenly just mince meat- they lied and said that's how it is. But that's not the case because we have ordered the same thing many times before- literally even last month and it was proper pieces of tandoori meat...They flat out lied to save their asses to a repeat customer... I didn't like being lied to and that was a pretty low class move considering the amount we ordered from them. The inconsistency with pizza toppings each time to flat out lying about the type of meat they use was just the last straw. The only thing that is reallly good there and consistent every time is the fried chicken. If you're not a Muslim, go to a random Indian pizza place you'll get more meat and flavour. If you are Muslim, go to another halal pizza place or MAKE sure you're getting proper meat and not just mince meat. Overall, this experience of being lied to especially as a person of their community, was just too big to ignore for me. :( Really disappointed in their business practices of screwing the customer over to save a buck...

Came yesterday and made an order for 10 piece fried chicken and had to wait literally 40 minutes. They kept saying 5 more mins, 10 more mins etc and the lady kept giving my mom and I attitude when we asked for an update. Everyone that pre ordered AND everyone that made their order at the front had already gotten their food and left (including everyone that came after us) After it hit 40 mins of us waiting and I kept saying “Hello” from the front for 3 mins before someone decided to come out. Very bad service, I don’t think we’ll be back but things need to improve with their service and honesty.

Addition- I waited 30 mins before asking how much longer it would be.I only inquired twice once after 30 mins and once at 37 mins. I witnessed with my own two eyes a few people ordering when they got their order and waited a bit but they still got their order.
