Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Surrey

With this location, you get what you pay for. I often get pretty good, polite service, however on one occasion a new girl on till had forgotten to ask if I would like to add crazy bread, so I requested the free crazy bread only for her to tell me that she had in fact asked for it. I didn't fuss about it at the time, but if you're going to lie to cover yourself then maybe you deserve to get in a bit of trouble, especially when the supposed deal is being advertised so clearly. Many times the pizza's being massively undercooked, being a goopy mess tasting of nothing more than dough and tomato paste, and I don't remember it tasting so low-quality 15 years ago. Little Caesars in general tends to have some very questionable features as well, such as the barely edible Pretzel pizza which is basically cheese whiz with mozzarella and a salty crust that's about as pleasant as chewing on gravel. My son wanted to order pizza so we went to this location as it is close by. We ordered a stuffed crust supreme pizza and the stuffed crust was burnt a little but somehow the dough base was super thin…so thin that we couldn’t even pick the pizza up to bite into it. We also ordered crazy bread and they were cut very unevenly, half the pieces were cut very small/thin and those pieces ended up being stale. The lady that gave us our order and helped us at the register had an AirPod in her ear was was clearly having a conversation with someone at the same time she was serving us, but I didn’t notice until my son pointed it out as we were walking out. She should be paying better attention to the food she is preparing as our order wasn’t made right. This place was great! however, I will never get the taste of cinnamon and sugar out of my brain after having a deep dish pizza taste like such. This is obviously going to turn me off of getting Za from Little Caesers as a whole for a large amount of time, if not permanently. It was a good run, I am sorry it had to end like this, but now I fear that "washing" is something that may not be performed all to well here.
