the bubble tea was delicious and creamy, and good value for the amount. However, the service was very slow we waited 25 minutes for 2 drinks, and at the 20 minute mark we were told that they had run out of milk tea and we would have to wait another 15 minutes. I think the server noticed I was disappointed and magically served us within 5 minutes after that. There were about 7 people that came in after me with large orders and it seemed like the staff were very overwhelmed. As well, on a separate occasion my friend and I went in 1 hour after they opened and the staff said that they had no pearls. I think this could be due to the fact that it is a newer location and they are still finding their bearings. I would not recommend to go here if you are looking for a quick in and out as you will likely be waiting a while. the atmosphere is cute and very unique. location is definitely a bit tricky with very limited parking off...

Very cutesy/girly interior but their washroom needs to be cleaned and renovated. There was no lighting, except from the natural light coming from the vent leading outside. Also, there are spider webs near the ceiling.

As for the service, the only lady working didn't seem to be very happy and had a very serious expression on her face. She didn't smile, greet, or thank the customers.

I ordered a taho but was disappointed to find out that it wasn't taho (silken tofu, sago, brown sugar syrup) but their own interpretation of it as there was cream cheese and dairy. So, I couldn't even drink it. Turns out, almost all of their drinks have dairy in some form, other than their fruit teas, so keep that in mind. This little shop opened close to my home so I decided to check it out one day...and I'm so glad I did! This is probably one of (if not the best) bubble teas I've tried! I ordered the Black Sugar Milk Tea and it was so tasty! The milk was so smooth and creamy. Usually other places I've gone to, the teas are watery but here, the consistency and taste was amazing. And just the right amount of pearls (I don't really like alot of pearls in my drink). The young man behind the counter was friendly and service was quick as I was out the door within 5 minutes. The cafe itself is very cute and has ample seating along with board games available to pass some time with friends.
