Disappointing Changes in Value and Quality

I used to enjoy Manchu Wok as a reliable option for affordable, fast-casual Chinese food. Unfortunately, recent changes have made it hard to justify returning.

Prices have gone up while portion sizes have noticeably decreased. The containers are smaller, and there’s simply less food compared to before. The noodle dishes, once packed with flavor, now taste bland with barely any vegetables mixed in. It feels like the quality has taken a hit while the cost has risen.

Service is still relatively efficient, but the overall experience is no longer worth the price. If you're looking for good Chinese food, there are better options nearby that offer more generous portions and richer flavors.

Would love to see Manchu Wok improve, but for now, I won’t be coming...

This place makes the best shanghai noodles & honey garlic chicken BUT service is lacking. I ordered my meal near closing time & the worker filled my order as if she was measuring each morsel of food to ensure that I did not receive an ounce extra which I felt was annoying. The container lids are raised for a reason so please fill the container as close as possible to the height of the lid. I can assure you that the lid will still close securely. There is no reason to measure out the food so carefully. Customers view this as petty business practice ESPECIALLY when it is almost closing time & you know there is plenty of food which won't sell out by closing. Unless you plan to sell 1 day old food the next day. Please stop this...

just horrible. avoid this place on Tuesday's. I had a good mean on friday and thursday but today it was just horrible. I always order seasame chick and noodles. today the chicken didn't have seasame seeds on it, and it was barely breaded, that you can see exposed chicken. It tasted different and it felt like it not cooked fully to make the bread crispy, it felt like soggy chicken. I then tried my noodles and it also tasted aweful. it wasn't a fishy taste but it was off like it had some kind of sauce. I think the Chef on Tuesday cooks everything in the same Dish...
