Food safety- I was a little disappointed today when they coughed/ sneezed with a hand over mouth and then packed food into bags without sanitising hands. My personal understanding is, this is against food safety especially when we have kids and people with low immunity around- as a community, we should follow ethical standards to ensure we follow the guidelines. I requested for the food to be exchanged, which was exchanged ( without cleaning hands though, at which point i decided not to discuss further), but while exchanging, they debated that it is a store policy to not exchange or return food, which i understand cz it would be against food safety, however, not when food is being exchanged because it was ‘contaminated’. All I am requesting and suggesting politely is to ensure we abide by guidelines and take care of food safety to keep our community, healthy, especially after this recent Covid waves. Wow! couldn’t believe they shamelessly sell stale pastries/cake slices. Do you guys not care about return business? I bought 6 cake slices for a party and it turned into disappointment as soon as we tasted these. I feel like vomiting even as i am writing this comment. All of these are just going to trash.

Also tried their Paneer Kulcha, Aloo Patties/Puff, Chana kulcha. Patties were fresh but Paneer Kulcha was not fresh either. Most of these food had strange smell/taste like food kept frozen beyond their shelf life.

Worth to note, several other comments resonate with this experience. I usually check reviews before trying new places but failed to do it this time. Hope other potential customers read these comments before...
