McDonald's — Restaurant in Surrey

So this is just about the service this McDonalds has given. Its was by far the worst I've ever had at McDonalds. It starts with a 10+ min wait to just order my food. I should haven't known from there. So I finally get to order my food ask for a poutine with my meal they are out of boxes so I decide to ask for a side of gravy at least apparently that is not in stock either. I then give up on that decide I'll just get some crispy ranch snack wraps to help fill me up. Well apparently this is also not possible cause they have no sauce. So I'm annoyed enough with this so I get my special order big mac to go and get to my car only to find out its not proper. go back in have to wait to get someone to help me to fix that. Finally get my proper burger and walk out the door to see an employee smoking right in front of the door not only is this disturbing this is not aloud in this province! Anyways after all this I get my car and leave. Finally I get home open up my fries to find out they are under cooked and add on top of this my pop was water as it seems it ran out of syrup. If it was for other Mcdonalds in the area being good I would likely never step back in one cause of this one location. I believe who is ever running this location needs to be taught a lesson in running a...

During my recent visit to McDonald’s, I had the pleasure of trying the Avocado Crispy Wrap and a French Vanilla coffee, both of which left a lasting impression. The wrap was a delightful combination of crispy chicken, creamy avocado, and fresh vegetables, all wrapped in a soft tortilla. The flavors blended perfectly, with the avocado adding a refreshing touch to the savory chicken. It was a satisfying and filling choice for a quick meal. Paired with the rich and aromatic French Vanilla coffee, it made for a perfect treat.

The ambiance at McDonald’s stood out as well. This particular location was buzzing with activity, making it the most happening spot in the area. The constant flow of customers, cheerful chatter, and upbeat environment created a vibrant atmosphere. Despite the crowd, the staff managed to maintain their efficiency, ensuring the service was quick and the tables were clean.

What impressed me most was how McDonald’s caters to a diverse range of customers. Families, students, and professionals alike seemed to enjoy the lively vibe and delicious offerings. Apparently this McDonald's closes it's lobby each night, and it's drive thru is open ONLY to vehicle traffic during thsse hours. I had just walked quite a distance, and was hungry. Not fun to find out people on foot are not permitted; even if there are absolutely no vehicles ANYWHERE IN SIGHT. I must admit..I am not entirely sure WHY.. but I thought IF the reason was for 'staff safety'.. the mere idea of ANY person trying to do anything criminal- or eve remotely inapproperiate in any way, while on foot; is laughable in my opinion. Regardless..after learning about this 'nightly lobby closure', (..and since it had begun to rain..) I hoped I might at least be allowed to make use the working WiFi which was still accessible from outside of the other wise closed restaurant. I was, however, threatened by staff, who did not try to address me in person. They made use instead of the drive thru equipment..which i was no where near..and asked me to leave, or else the police would be called.. I disregarded this rude demand and continue to write this review. Discourteous staff really bother me.. so I convey my public malcontent for it here. I doubt I will return. Hopefully staff or rules change and maybe I will one day...
