Rest in Peace to the Great Elvis Pizza. Where do I even begin? I have been a loyal customer for over a decade and what I experienced today has forever changed my love for this place. I ordered my regular 2 Large Pizzas (Blue Hawaiian and Elvis Special) and after coming home excited to open my pizza, I was left in disarray and disappointed. Not only did they “forget” to put crumbled bacon on my Hawaiian Pizza, but I paid extra $ to add lean ground beef as a topping on my Elvis Special and got maybe a tablespoon worth of Lean ground beef. So I called to report the missing crumbled bacon on my Blue Hawaiian and instead of apologizing for the mistake, the lady over the phone proceeded to blame me saying, “Oh I thought you said Hawaiian and not “Blue Hawaiian, so I made it without the bacon.” I asked her how is that so, when I have been ordering the same pizza for over a decade, and they only have one Hawaiian pizza on their menu. She did not have an answer for me and instead kept insisting that I mention “Blue Hawaiian” the next time I order so they don’t mess up the order? Unbelievable. I do appreciate the fact that they gave me a replacement “Blue Hawaiian” pizza, however I had to drive another 20 minutes back to their shop only to receive a Medium when I ordered a Large. Fine. But When I got home I opened the box and you guessed it, 1 tablespoon worth of bacon crumble. To those who have been a loyal customer of Elvis for many years, we know what sets Elvis apart from any Freshslice or Uncle Fatihs pizza. They are made with a beautiful glutinous crust, a tangy and herb filled pizza sauce and an over the top placement of toppings that will make any pizza joint jealous and full of envy. Sadly, that era of Elvis Pizza we knew and loved is now gone and instead replaced with an abysmal and barely adequate pizza that resembles more of a stingy corner shop rather than a Pizza Institution that has existed since the 70’s. I never thought I would ever write a bad review about this place, but alas the end of Elvis Pizza has come. It Is no longer a place of pride and delicious pizza that I can recommend to any person I come across who love pizza as much as I do. (And I ALWAYS recommend Elvis) I really hope that something turns around and brings this place back to it’s golden hours, however, seeing all the comments from people like myself who have been a loyal customer for decades, I just don’t see it happening. And it’s sad to say that this will most likely be my last order from Elvis after 11 years.

It takes a lot of conscious effort to make pizza this bad. Tonight we ordered two pizzas. They arrived burnt, which honestly, saved us from eating this garbage. The dough tastes like they cooked off a bunch of crusts a few months ago, and simply thaw them out with each order. The sauce is curiously dreadful. It's kind of like a denser Prego, but with a ton of oregano thrown in. It's the type of pizza you would find at a buffet restaurant that is quickly dying. The pizza was so bad that we threw it out and cracked open some freezer pizzas. The freezer pizzas were MUCH better. If you are ordering from here, it's probably because it is two in the morning and you do not think that you have any other option. Make something. Anything. Fry up some eggs. Grill up some veggies. Blend some left over ham with some Worchestor sauce. Do anything besides this. Honestly, we each tried to eat this stuff. So confusing. So bad.

An amazing hole-in-the-wall pizza joint that opens really late (4am) so you don't have to settle with 7-eleven pizza or McDonalds! Seriously the pizza here is delicious! My favorite butter chicken pizza by far in the lower mainland. This is one of the few pizza places that actually use butter chicken sauce as the actual base sauce and not just drizzle it on top like so many other pizza places do. They can also make your pizza half and half if you're into that. Also I recommend getting their in-house sauces, the sauce they sell is quite good. Customer service is also great. The only con I would say is the parking lot in the back is kinda sketchy at night...which is normal for a hole-in-the-wall pizza place in Surrey. This is definitely on my S-Tier list for pizzas in the lower mainland. Overall this is a must try pizza place in Surrey if you're still awake at 3am and craving some bomb pizza. đŸ•đŸ”„đŸ•ș

I ordered delivery, small pizza bread, small greek salad and pizza sub. Person on the phone was a little gruff, told me it would be an hour. To my delight the food showed up in about half that time. The delivery driver was polite and the food was hot.

I started with the salad. Quite a generous serving, and loads of feta cheese (yum!!). My only complaint is that the salad wasn't cold, and hadn't been cold in some time. But it was delicious (as was the garlic bread). I ate the whole thing and was stuffed, so I didn't have room for the other food I ordered. I got up to put things away, and when I looked inside the pizza bread box, I noted there was no meat sauce (was supposed to come with the pizza bread). I decided to not care, and just chalk it up to one of those things. To me it wasn't worth the effort to get the meat sauce, and the cheesy, garlicy pizza bread was enough without it.

I sat back down on the couch when I finished tidying. It had been about 30-45 minutes since I received my food. My front door buzzer rings, and when I answer it is Elvis delivery again. I didn't understand why he was there but I let him in. He came to my door very apologetically with a small brown bag and a 2 litre bottle of pop. He told me he forgot the meat sauce, so he wanted to bring it to me, and give me a complimentary 2L pop to apologize. I was pretty impressed. Good service, and I appreciate accountability.

The pizza bread was good (chewy bread, ooey gooey melted cheese and garlic) and I almost needed two hands to lift the pizza sub it was so heavy. While I think everything is expensive these days (was almost $50 for the food/delivery/tip), I feel the portion size and quality I received from Elvis was good.

I will order from Elvis again...

Save your money. Not worth going to anymore 😭 they've changed hands, all new staff and owner and recipes. Amazing how suddenly in less then 12 hours today alone they've gotten All 5 star reviews,(Presumably from all friends and family of the new owner) meanwhile prior to that for past month since he bought the place it's been 2 stars or less. Nothing here is good anymore at all, they're changing Everything and cheaping out on everything as well. When the new owner took over, I got a tortelinni and the sauce was Clearly different and tasted like basic can sauce Yuck đŸ€ź no meat or meatballs, stopped ordering those, now my pizza I got afew more times but my last pizza was blatantly obvious they've changed the crust recipe, the jalapeno ranch sauce base has changed. Dried out pineapples and the meats almost had a syrup kind of flavor? I don't know how honestly. Also about 3 weeks ago I was working out this way all week. So I tried to order my usual pizza and they were out of garlic for over a week. How?!? Why?! We used to order cinnamon bites as well, those are disgusting now. The dip they give you is changed, the recipe for the bites has changed. They dry and get hard really fast now. I'd assume the same of the Garlic bites now. They also never have the cookie dough available anymore? One of my favourites is completely gone. Idk how but they've managed to turn a diamond of a place into a turd pile. Don't waste your money or time on this dump. I've tried to give the new owner and staff afew chances as this Used to be the best pizza and stuff I've EVER had. Now it just all tastes like gas station food. 711 would serve you better food and it's not...
