Was there for Saturday evening dinner after a hike day. Even though we had reservation, we still had to wait for 20 min for table (did reservation through OpenTable App). Staff were friendly and tried their best to help when they know we have reservation.

It was very busy peak hours, hence the service was slower than expected. But understandable. Food was good, tasty and beyond the expectations.

Their starters stood out as best of the evening. As per their manager’s recommendation, We went for Mogambo platter. The platter came with combo of Fish and chicken tikka, chicken tandoori, as well as kebab. Combination of 4 varieties in one platter is a feast for platter. This is a good choice to try and they were made perfectly. So good, tasty and well-done. I definitely recommended this platter. (Sorry, we missed to take picture of platter while we were excited to finish it).

Then went on for main course with their in-house special Boti chicken and Shahi Paneer, with Garlic naan and Makki Roti. The Boti chicken is of a new taste for my pallet. Its good. I felt smoky as well as tangy taste. It is definitely worth trying. Shahi Paneel is very good with good flavourful taste. Garlic naans are standard and good. i tried better than this in Surrey, so there still room to improve. Makki roti is a NO for sure. Missed the texture and the way it should be. I tried better Makki roti in many small places in Surrey and they are awesome. I love Makki Roti and wanted to try here also. But i don’t go for it next time here.

Tried Mint flavoured Mojito. Well done and loved it. My daughter ordered Orio milk shake. Its awesome. Also they have 7-up and Limca to remind your childhood days. Thanks for having them on your menu.

The ambience is awesome with good lighting and music. All the time Bollywood and Punjabi music was played. Enjoyed it. Got the feel of Indian feel. Based on the the prices, I would categorize this place as a high end place. It’s 40$/ person budget range. Definitely a high end for Indian food in Surrey

They have got huge menu. I should visit few times to try all of their specials. I loved their experimental pastas. I will try next time their desi style pasta. I am big fan of it too. I also noticed Part hall for Bdays and events at this location.

Overall it’s a good place, worth trying it. Go with reservation and be prepared to wait for table.

Thank you for bringing this experience....

Worst restaurant service out there. I came in for dinner with my gf yesterday and called in advance for a reservation. Unfortunately, they have no reservations and thats fine. So this guy on host told me to walk in any time. We had the worst service ever. It was 27th march 10:30pm so check the schedule who was working at that time. There was no welcome on the gate and all the server were just talking to themselves so we felt kinda un- welcomed. I went to the guy asked for table for 2 and he just nodded and called the server. This girl server came out to offer us a seat in the front of the restaurant were they all were talking and all the delivery drivers were standing and it was a mess and noisy so we asked for a quieter table at the back when the girl refused but there was a table empty and then she told me to sit here it would be fine like I just told u my issue and again she insists me to sit there. We said we will wait and then she made a face out of sarcasm like we are some idiots. My gf said that we will go somewhere else but I insisted the server that we will wait and she said nothing and left. We left the store saying her that we will find another restaurant tonight. And she did not even tried to retain us by offering us something better but instead just accepts that we will go somewhere else. I was about to call the manager but I didn’t because my gf didn’t wanted other customers to be disturbed. Personally i also work in a customer service sector and idk why no one in this restaurant helped us yesterday. If the manager or owner is reading this please have good training for your employees. They really do-not know how to talk to customers. U are gonna loose customers. I am telling all my friends not to go to your restaurant ever. When I called the host i always talk in english so why the guys has to speak in another language. I do understand multiple languages but who is he to think if he can talk to a customer without knowing who am i in another language. I am speaking English here just stick to english dude. If your employee la cant speak why hire them in first place. We liked your food and offers on drink. But please fix your...

Firstly, I would like to commend the quality of the food and the attentive customer service we received. These aspects of our experience were truly commendable.

However, I must express my concern about the environment during our visit. Unfortunately, we encountered an uncomfortable situation where two individuals at a nearby table were making inappropriate comments not only towards us but also towards one of your female servers. They went as far as requesting our contact information as well as hers. When she politely declined, they began to speak negatively about us.

I raised this issue with the management on duty. The first individual I spoke to was understanding and attentive, and I appreciated his calm demeanor and willingness to listen to our concerns. However, when I spoke with another manager named Amrit, the interaction was less satisfactory. He seemed dismissive of our concerns, and when I suggested the possibility of implementing a uniform policy for the female staff for their comfort and professionalism, he stated that the choice of attire was entirely up to the staff. While I respect individual choice, I believe that a consistent uniform policy could contribute to a more professional environment. I mean why don’t they ask their male staff member to go shirtless. There is a very thin line between choice and showoff. Furthermore, when I brought up the inappropriate behavior of the other patrons, Amrit referred to it as "freedom of speech." This response was troubling, as it seemed to downplay the seriousness of the situation. I found this attitude to be unhelpful and disrespectful, especially when it comes to maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

All i want to say just please don’t go there with your family. If i would have my father sitting next to me yesterday, the situation could have been worse. I know they can delete the comment after sometime but if they don’t care about their staff then we don’t mind...

A great find for those who crave good parathas. Their name starts with Paratha and they don’t disappoint with theirs. There was a wait to get water on our tables. The manager came and attended to us after a few minutes and he was kind enough to get our waters right after and send someone to take the order. We were anxious about how the food would be. The wait was well worth it. We ordered the paneer bhurji paratha combo, tandoori missi roti and the tandoori paratha plate with mix veg paratha and gobi paratha. The restaurant was busy and their staff were constantly getting a ton of togo orders ready. There was also a birthday party that had just wrapped up in the party hall inside the restaurant. This meant we would have to wait for our food and we did. Our patience finally paid off with the yumminess that was delivered . The food was delivered on a robot which is really cool. The paneer bhurji was amazing and the parathas that came with it were delicious. Totally worth the price . I tried the mix veg paratha and the gobi paratha. Both were really delicious and reminded me of the ones we get back home in India. The missi roti was amazing too. The paratha plate came with white butter (desi makhan), jaggery (gur), pickle (achar), onions (pyaaz) and yogurt (dahi). They complemented the parathas really well. Overall the experience was amazing and the taste is definitely something that would make us make this place a regular. The only thing that the restaurant needs to improve is their service . Things like refilling the waters , following up with the customer, providing updates on when the food would be ready go a long way in making the experience even better and memorable.

Good Indian fusion place in Surrey area with caveats. The food here was hot and delicious. We ordered the following: - Mogambo Platter Non Veg - Amritsari Lahori Kulcha - butter chicken penne (not shown in photo) - Spicy Creemy Pocket Kulcha Our favorite was the Mogambo Platter because it came sizzling and the meats were juicy and seasoned well. We also enjoyed the Amritsari Lahori Kulcha which was recommended to us by our server. The indian music selection here was also pretty cool even though we didn't understand a word - it was catchy and modern. Some cons I have to address, the table for two here is tiny...it honestly felt like they just extended the table legs on a table meant for pre-school kids...Generally when you're at a restaurant you should have a table for two large enough to accomodate two of your largest plates/platters while still having a bit of room to move your arms. Some of these examples can be found at a Library - a lot of tables at a library are generally large enough to accomodate 3 people even if it were designed for two. I also dislike they put these small tables right next to a wall or divider like they assume you're only eating with one arm. Very bad user experience IMO, the reason I put a lot of emphasis on UX is because the way you are seated can also affect the experience and taste of good food. They should honestly just remove these tiny tables, or they should remove unnecessary wall dividers and focus on a better seating layout. Overall, the food was good, customer service was good, music was good, lots of parking in the area was good but the tables/seating arrangement needs to change.
