Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Surrey

Worst experience with this outlet today. NOT BECAUSE OF FOOD , IT IS BECAUSE OF WARREN . I wanted to order garlic bread without butter no cheese as i always do with this location in past including last week monday. I called them my order was accepted by the customer service executive, unfortunately line got disconnected and i was nearby so went to the store in person. WARREN was taking order, i placed the same order , he was so arrogant that he didn't even wanna listen to me properly and told me we dont do customize and all ,it comes frozen. I did mentioned him that my husband did placed the same order few times and even last week. however still he was ignoring me and stick to his same statement without even looking at me .his colleague Jaspreet was standing next to him even another guy from kitchen.they know the truth. i as a customer felt very disrespected i didnt utter a word went outside and let my husband go inside. Warren behaved the same way with him either, still he placed bread sticks and flatbread as we love pizzahut also.hungry we as a customer never expected anything beyond. Just wanted the same which we got from this location earlier few times..... this is a true sign of miscommunication, mismanagement also all staffs are not on the same page. Warren might had a bad day as everyone has but that doesnt means you will be rude, arrogant to your customer without even trusting them... i saw he was panicking for no reason. May be many to go orders or something else... Just one request Be respectful to everyone, listen to your customer not everyone lies for no reason. I agree you could be right too about butter and frozen stuff.. that means other staff or you are not completely knowledgeable about the prep or ingredients. Still if any doubt check your last week monday orders you will find garlic bread no butter for sunny....

If I could give minus star, I would. We ordered takeout at the store with my son. We were returning from ER after 8 hrs wait, very tired and my son had to fast all that time. In the store my son was trying to pick the toppings and the guy taking the order suggested one so we went with it. We got it in 8 mins. Thought oh that’s quick. We live 5 mins from there and came in a heated car. My son had it so I didn’t feel the temp. It was cold when got home and there have hardly any toppings. It tasted like reheated leftover. The cheese was hard like it sat there for a long time. Anyway called the store, the girl who picked the call was sooo rude and condescending. “My be it got cold because it’s cold outside” even though I told her we came in heated car and we live 5 mins away. Guess she got to go get some brains. Spoke to the manager who said that wouldn’t happen and they don’t do that. It was not tasty, cold, almost no toppings and paid 25$ for medium. I saw a photo in the reviews which is full of veg toppings. I bet that is a review from someone who works there. Who puts that many veg usually on a pizza. I guess all the 5 star review are their own I bet. My 11yr old kid told me not to order from this store ever after he saw that it’s cold, no toppings and not even tasty. He felt bad that I had to pay 25$ since we are having financial issues. I will contact the main office. Hopefully they take...

The dough was undercooked and I ordered cheese in the crust but didn't get any. It was the only reason I went here cuz their pizzas are always so small when it comes to toppings on your pizzas, like if you order double toppings expect it to be very lightly dusted with them it is the same as other places but only if you order light toppings too equal pizza huts double toppings. The pic is from another time 6 we got a Hawaiian pizza with 3X the mushrooms and it still looks like they sparingly added mushrooms too it. When it should of been a mountain of mushrooms its like 2 to 3 pieces a slice maximum n doesn't seem worth the extra $11 for all thoughts " mushrooms "? Thought i would update since this is still a terrible location i guess i should stop tipping in the future! Just ordered 2 melts with craemy garlic sauce on the side and got marinara sauce. Also got a medium 3 topping pizza on alfredo sauce that came on marinara sauce as well. The time before that they called to say they didn't have a type of drink i wanted so i made sure to get the regular one and after confirming it they gave me the diet Energy drink instead. Plus forgot all my sauces as well as they still forget to cook the pizzas. Its kinda nice that it arrived earlier than when they said but when that due to them forgetting to cook the pizza it was kind...
