Mmmmm😩 yummy, very good very nice service and number one chicken on North America wallah. I need more NOW!😈🦍🦧 very nice staff and great service. I eat at Popeyes daily and as a chicken fanatic I can say with absolutely no hesitation that this establishment is and with no doubt and will always be one of the chicken places that I will always and with no doubt consider to be above average. Popeyes to me is like a second home especially after my first home burnt down in a chicken smelting accident this accident occurred whilst I was attempting to develop a new method of preparing chicken, I had always dreamt of being able to smelt chicken down (ChickenSmelterInc) in order to refine its flavour and create a new, purer substance and possibly a new chemical element, this also ties in with my love and passion for smelting and the overarching process of refining ores, I have always loved mining ores ever since my great grandfather was melted alive during a “REAL”🙄 smelting accident, my grandfather was a tender and loving man he had a stern however soft demeanour that coupled along with his soft and wise eyes, he had wrinkles that feathered away from his eyeball hole sockets that grew deeper as the years passed, he was very big and stiff as well as being hard as a rock, as an amateur touring competitive geologist I love and have a deep affection for rocks, and Popeyes food reminds me of what I love so much but not because of the texture nor the taste or smell and certainly not even the crunchiness that both rocks and fried chicken exhibit but I am reminded of rocks when eating Popeyes because I love them both sooooo much 🥰, after my home burnt down I spent weeks on the street looking for a place to stay and with all of my wealth dwindling from the ferocity of my chicken habit there was no hope, until I found Popeyes, Popeyes has granted me a place to stay (metaphorically(P.S they close at 10 p.m so I go sleep outside of Walmart)) a home if you will, and I’ve learned over the years that a home is not where you live but where your true priorities lie, I came up with a saying “home is where the heart is” and I truly believe that much like the employees of this magical dining establishment that I have come to know as Popeyes my heart is going to live on there long after it explodes. Chicken I am chicken. 🥶🥸👺✍🏿🧠
P.S I love you Popeyes,
Thank you for all of...
Read moreWe entered the store at 10.05 pm and Supervisor who was at the counter forgot to mention that they were closed for dine-in after 10 pm and took our order for dining-in. She was rushing with the order though, and didn't allow us much time to process the food we wanted to order. While serving the food, one of the staff members reminded us that they were closed for dine-ins and apologetically offered us to sit at a table closer to the entrance door which we didn't mind, and started having our meal. Halfway through, the same Supervisor came up and asked us how much longer it will take to finish our meal which I thought was very unprofessional and unethical to do so, especially in the restaurant industry. They made the mistake initially by not mentioning their opening hours and after offering me to dine in, they shouldn't have come up to me asking about the time and all. We were not going to take hours and hours to finish the meal and we are aware that they too need to close the restaurant and go home we were sensible enough to finish our meal and leave the place as quickly as possible but they as the restaurant staff should learn to live with their mistake and allow the customer to complete their meal. That was a very unpleasant experience for us and thoroughly disappointed.
Reply to their response: They have a standard response to all the reviews which makes things even worse. For positive reviews, it is fine to have a standard thank you message but for bad reviews, it must be personalized and that is common sense. Their service is getting worse. Don't forget Popeyes that you have enough competition out there and continue down this road and you will end up at the bottom in no time. Losing one customer at a...
Read moreFirst time to this place, and I have ordered their Deluxe Platter. Wait time is quite long. I have waited 10 mins for just 3 sets of Spicy Deluxe Chicken Burger Platters. In my opinion 10 minutes wait is considered a long in fast food industry.
I loved their Spicy Chicken Deluxe Burger's patty , its crunchy, hot and juicy. But unfortunately the buns were soggy. We don't like soggy buns. Mashed potato with gravy is pretty good. Smooth texture and delicious. Cajun fries also pretty good but just lack of seasonings. Onion rings were just decent, nothing really special.
Restaurant's environment is clean and quite. Staff were friendly too. Sitting area is small and will be crowded if in peak hours.
Update: Went in again for lunch with my kids, and today we tried out their fried chickens. We ordered 3 pcs chicken combo which included of 1 side, 1 soda, 1 biscuit and 3 pcs of chickens. Cost is about $16 (included tax). Chicken taste isn't what I've wanted and expected. Taste is only saltiness and spicy. I am expecting the taste is like their Deluxe Sandwich Chicken patty taste, but unfortunately its not. I still thinks that Churches Chicken taste better. Sorry Popeye, I still love your Deluxe Sandwich but not your chicken combo. Service is a little faster than before. I think because today their store isn't busy. Oh yes, they do have courtesy to let you know their wait time is between 7-10 mins...haha. I think they do that is hoping that you will not complaint about their long wait. Parking...
