Quiznos — Restaurant in Surrey

I order online takeout the Classic Lobster and it has literally two ingredients lettuce and lobster-seafood. When i got home it was missing the lettuce. I took the sub back and the girl was so arrogant and said this is how we make. What a shame. I showed her online menu and showed the ingredients listed but she was adamant on “ this is how we make”. Very incompetent and undertrained staff. I just review your reply. Please not that IT WAS NOT A FREE SUB. I PAID FOR IT. YOUR EMPLOYEE REPLACED THE WRONG ONE. THE FACT THAT I HAD TO COME TO YOUR SHOP "TWICE" TO GET A SUB WITH ONLY 2 INGREDIENTS AND YOU DEFENDING IT SHOWS THE REASON WHY YOU HAVE 3.7 RATING ON GOOGLE. I WISH I COULD LEAVE YOU GUYS A NEGATIVE STAR. BUT GOOD YOU THAT GOOGLE DOESN'T HAVE...

Here is another prime example of why a chain restaurant fails. Quiznos used to be and kind of still is my favorite sandwich restaurant. However, this location needs to learn how to hire people who can speak English and actually have customer service skills. When ordering my sandwich the woman could barely understand what I was asking for and she made the sandwich very sloppy and overall was unhappy looking and looked like she didn't want to be even there even though I was the only person in the restaurant. The sandwich itself was just okay, nothing great nothing terrible. She could have asked me if there was anything I wanted or didn't want added to the sandwich. Once again they did not include the peppers. My guess is this location will...

Good luck competing with the other sandwich chains with the trash you guys call a sub. Just had a sandwich from the south surrey location that had barely anything on it. Just tasted like soggy bread. I used to like Quiznos ..... now I understand why you are losing so many of your stores..... gross. Who puts vinaigrette on a tuna sandwich? 🤮 My family and I will never eat there again.

Also your comment underneath my complaint is not how you try and win back people’s business. Taking zero responsibility for your disgusting sandwiches. Good luck out there with so many better options.

Worst Quiznos on the entire planet earth and also the worst sandwich shop locally. Put ranch on your shoe and eat it and it will still taste better then these...
