Quiznos — Restaurant in Surrey

Girls at the counter made my sandwiches really bad. I am a regular customer of Quiznos and I always go to new Westminster location for my sandwiches. I live in surrey and found out there was another Quiznos location close to my home and wanted to start eating here. Today I ordered tuna and veggie sandwich. Tuna was not fresh at all and smell bad and I came back to return the tuna sandwich. Girl never apologized for giving me bad sandwich but started arguing with me. Then I told her to make me veggie sandwich. When I ate the sandwich, I found out there were no veggies and guacamole in it. She put lots of onions to make it bitter for me. What kind of sandwich is that? I spend $26 for getting 2 meals and got nothing but just bread with lettuce and onions in that. I will never ever come back to this location again in future. I am very disappointed with the way they treat their customers. Hope the owner reads it and gets back to me. I want my sandwiches fresh. Not stale. Is there anyone who can help me...

Extremely rude staff and hey don't take accountability for there mess ups saw a fight erupt in the restraunt to which a male caused a fight with a special needs man and the staff did nothing to help even tho it was there fault then hen the abusive customer turned around when he supposedly paid his bill he walked out and he didn't pay he walked back in and they gave him the food for free we saw this happen they didn't even call police to help the special needs man this was a supervisior way to go people buy the way I also believe it was cause the special needs guy was Caucasian and the guy threatening to pick a fight aggressively wasn't at all and he was yelling threats and recial slurs way to go for service and protecting handicapped men shame on you shows how much you value your...

Call before you go to this Quiznos, because they do not stay open for the same hours listed here, and they do not stay open for the hours listed at the store, or for the same hours they did the week before. This Quiznos outlet seems to shut their doors whenever they feel like they are done for the day, no matter who might be driving over to pick up some dinner. It ends up being a drive for no reason, all because someone holds the crazy idea that a Quiznos franchise store might be dependable enough to actually be open consistently during they hours that they list.

I am sure you can tell this was upsetting to find the store closed hours early today, but I would not leave a review of one star for this reason alone. Their staff is rude and make terrible...
