Service slow with no acknowledgement / welcome

When it was my turn to be served I asked a question about the menu which she answered, then decided to serve the next person behind me because she “thought you weren’t ready to order” (the customer apologised on her behalf!)

Proceeded to put cheese on my sub without asking, she had only asked if I wanted it toasted, then looked at me like I was in the wrong when I asked for it without cheese

I asked for “just a little bit” of mayo, she drenched the sub in it

Person at the checkout didn’t know how to work the checkout. I respect that people need to learn but he was just looking at it confused for ages until someone saw the orders piling up and just did it for him. Got some sort of vibe like there had been a massive argument between the staff because they didn’t seem to want to work together

The food did look fresh but I couldn’t eat more than a couple bites with the amount of mayo that had been put on so I don’t really know

Place looked clean, just a shame about...

What a disappointment! My first time went to this location and it was awful.. the lady name, Keerthi was really rude.. she raised her voice when I informed her nicely to change her hand gloves.. she showed her face with attitude in front of my 2 children and other customers as well. When I came to the cashier, the lady in the cashier was nice and polite. I asked her what's the other lady's name. She told me " Keerthi".. Suddenly, Keerthi left her customers behind and came to me at the cashier and started arguing with me which is ridiculous!! I would not even want to give one star. Horrible customer service. Store manager, pls take note.. this gonna be a red flag for your stores. Read others review to, most of them related to customer service which I personally think, could be the same lady I had the worse...

I won't ever come back to this location. I ordered 2 subs online. Not only did they miss the toppings I asked for, they barely even gave me any toppings. I said extra onions... there were 3, yes 3 on my footlong sub. I put lettuce for both and I only got spinach. I used to come here all the time because it was always fresh and they would give you a good amount of toppings. There must have been a management change here. I even tipped them before picking up my order. This was the second time this happened... and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. DO NOT COME HERE. There are several other locations nearby who are excellent. Try the King George location if you live in South Surrey/White Rock. They...
