Freshii — Restaurant in Surrey

TERRIBLE FOREIGN STAFF. I think she answered one question and then didn't speak at all. When she gave me back my change she just sort of flipped the bill for me to grab from her fingers like it was beneath her or like it was a chore for her and when she provided me the meal she did not say a single word (and needless to say no smile or any positive anything) and then I caught her sticking her head around the side scowling. Is it part of their culture to act like this? I haven't been to their country but suddenly the government brought in millions of them into my country here and they were given almost every job around here (taken from Canadians) and a lot of them (as staff and as pedestrians) seem to be this way. I walk down this main street now and pass them burping or standing too close and playing their music loudly on their phone or...

Freshii has the right ingredients but the worst execution. I have been to this location 4 times now. I keep going back to see if maybe I was wrong because I love fresh food and eating healthy, but today was the last time. There is always just one person working, she is always overwhelmed and then makes the wrap in less than a minute which means that it is extremely poorly made (she just dumps handfuls of ingredients in small piles leaving the wrap to be a series of bites of one ingredient at a time) I literally had three bites of only edamame beans in the middle of the wrap, all the chicken at the end, and carrots at the top. It actually made me laugh... do you teach your employees how to make wraps?

The worst part of it is, that this is pretty consistent for Freshii. $15 a wrap---at least have the decency to make it well....

Poor Customer Service, Need proper staff training

As a regular customer and neighbour to this location, I’m disappointed to share that I’ve consistently had poor experiences here – this being the third time. The staff member on duty has been extremely rude and unfriendly, with no effort to provide even basic courtesy. Today, my bowl was filled with noticeably less quantity & not tasty than usual, and when I politely asked about it, the response was dismissive.

This lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable, especially from a business in our community. I genuinely want to support local, but the experience is making it very difficult. I hope the owner takes this seriously and addresses the issue before more loyal customers are...
